But the Lobby male staff is very joyous n friendly. Keep up the good job ?
Quality of the chicken had dropped standard tremendously. Not as good as before . Ordered for chicken thighs but the texture was as dry as a breast meat .
Feedback to the lady mgr but no response or action taken from her . Very disappointing dinning experiences .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yays, Texas Chicken’s REAL Salted Egg Fried Chicken is back again! Love all things salted egg. Really flavourful and crispy! Of so many fried chicken, Texas Chicken is still top in my list and love all their innovative flavours! Yummy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, service staff in grey uniform has poor customer service qualities. No name tag to identify the name. If you have spoiled machine, it is not the user fault but the restaurant should take owner ship.
No more patronising this outlet. Miss the Vivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has always been my “go-to” place for fried chicken. Staff is friendly and helpful, however, the chicken today was very disappointing. Ordered the original flavour and the skin was wrinkly and pale-looking (as compared to usual).
I decided not to judge the chicken by the skin but the skin turned out to be bland, soft and soggy, not what you would expect for a fried chicken. Probably should have ordered the salted egg flavour instead!!

Chicken seems to be abit burn and tasted okay-ish.
Honey biscuit always my favourite but this time it looks bit overcook and the taste inside not satisfying. :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hae Bee Hiam chicken is surprisingly good! Juicy in the inside and nicely spiced on the outside. Spicy and savoury! The pineapple butter biscuit is also nice, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheese fries were great. Fried chicken was nice. The overall concept is very similar to KFC but the KFC recipe tastes better. The atmosphere was okayish, not the cleanest fast food restaurant, not very crowded during dinner time. The wait time was okay as well, about slightly less than 10 minutes. Service was average as well. The overall experience was acceptable, I would give a 3.5 star, at most.
