★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. Plenty of tables available on a Saturday afternoon in VivoCity. This is in stark contrast with full house long queue Breadtalk outlet directly opposite.
Why I couldn't fathom. Why?
The MOS outlet is brightly lit, sparkling clean and with no queues at all.
We walked in, ordered some items and wait, waited and waited. Almost 20 minutes. The kitchen guy was really taking it easy. The counter girl was sullen. No one bothered to apologize for the long wait. We just stood there and waited.
Now we know why

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad burger. Warm when served. The poor staff though had to handle a restaurant full of customer’s orders all by herself, seems like this outlet has a shortage of staff as compared to their other outlets (ION etc).
She did an amazingly fast job preparing the orders given she was the only person in the store. She deserves a raise for doing three people’s job….
