It is because, the quality of the meat is met my satisfaction as well as those staff who working is friendly and skillful. However, there is a staff the person who I'm first meet him last weekend. He is professional and share with me the difference cooking method to let the same meat which I always ate have a different taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repeat customer many times but lately the quality has been going down. I ordered the USDA Prime ribeye, Argentinian ribeye and the Prime Striploin very recently. To my disappointment, the USDA Prime was 70% fat and all 3 cuts I ordered were under seasoned and bland after I sous vide’ed and cooked. Similar feedback from a friend who over Christmas Eve also orders from you, the meat was bland. I think if you have new staff, please teach them how to season the meat properly.
Have always had good experience with your cuts but my guests and I were disappointed yesterday as the supposedly excellent prime ribeye was just fat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem! Literally hidden behind the bus stop along the road. Been through this area countless times but only recently found this butchery. Have been back multiple times since. As others mentioned, they have an impressive range of meats and seafoods, both fresh and frozen, with most at reasonable prices. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I've been relying on their recommendations since I've started going there.
Protip - they've got a small but complete range of wines from Portugal that are very good for the prices.
