★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll never come to this clinic again! The doctor does not respect my time.
Booked my Covid Vaccination at 2.3pm. I reached there at 150pm and waited outside for them to open at 2pm. 2 receptionist came in with the doctor shortly after, I'm 2nd in the queue. The doctor went out again before returning at about 2.30pm. Waited till 3pm, before checking when will the doctor start injecting anyone.
Doc said he'll see 3 patients before administering all vaccination. My appointment was at 2.30pm! That makes it at least 3.30pm? And I was the 2nd in line, where did the 3 came from? At this time the whole clinics is packed with some queuing outside. Forget about safe distancing. Everyone is standing near the door and counter.
Really frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got off the phone with the nurse at this doctor. Now doctor is really good, professional and experienced, completely puts anyone at ease. Has years of experience and is to me, one of the best there is... 5stars wouldn't be enough for his high standard of healthcare provision... BUT, I cannot say the same about the nurse who took my call... she wasn't listening to what I was telling her and also hung up on me entailing that the conversation is over before hanging. When I called back again to say I was hung up on and to get closure information on my case, there was no apology. Horrible telephone manners and etiquette from the nurse. My advice is to direct all matters and enquires directly to the good doctor to avoid being disappointed by the nurse response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the service offered by Dr Khaw. I walked in with an infected ear piercing and no appointment. Dr Khaw was kind enough to treat me regardless. He was very charming and patient and eased all my worries. It was a very pleasant experience.

As a doctor, you’ve gone above and beyond everything, I ever would have expected. The world would be a much better place if all of the doctors were like you. You list, you speak with such a gentle voice, you act with skill, wisdom, confident, caring and informative provider that I have complete faith and trust in. My care has been top-notch, and I recommend him any chance I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My new favourite clinic in the neighbourhood. So so happy to have found it. Counter staff and Dr Xavier are the nicest people ever. Clinic was crowded but there was only 2 ahead of me and was relatively fast yet Dr still took the time with the consultation and it didn’t feel fast and snappy. I see him also being genuinely concerned with all his patients too. What a gem.
