We live in Bishan for over 20 years. During SARS & this Pandemic, Dr Grace Kwan have selflessly continued to see my family. No matter rain or shine, she would kneel down to open her doors every morning at 8:30am to touch our Bishan community. No words can express my gratitude. Front line workers like these have kept us safe. Thank you Bishan Grace Clinic.

Clinic, from doctors to all staff, should take care and watch out for patients especially the vulnerable. Ms Piang Ngaih Don clearly had injuries and suffered weight loss. This was also not the first visit by Ms Piang to the clinic so trends were observable. Taking the word of an employer over the employee, when there are clear signs of distress, showed that there was little care for patients and follow ups. Hope everyone in the clinic feels at least a little responsible for the end unfortunate outcome.

I completely agree with Liz with the "NICEST DOCTOR EVER" comment. I am an expat in Singapore for over 4 years and I have never encountered a great general practitioner like Doc Grace. She will never take for granted even the smallest detail you tell her. And yes, she explains well. Even without asking, she will explain the necessary details and for me it seems that she always have an answer in everything you ask and an explanation on everything you consulted. Truly she is a great doctor. I really hope all general practitioner in Singapore is like her. And because of her, I am liking Bishan more. And if ever I transfer to another home far from Bishan, I would like to really go to her for consultation. You will feel better the moment you speak to her and even to the receptionists, they are awesome too and the way they speak to patients shows kindness. You will feel cured the moment you stepped out of the clinic because of the happiness and compassion they show to the patients. I hope you can mentor more general practitioner, Doc Grace and allocate them on different places in Singapore. So that you will be producing more doctors like you. =)

Despite their higher pricing, for ten years, I always go back to Dr. Grace. No matter the day, or time, she has always greeted her patients cheerfully. Her pleasant demeanor is a rare but much needed way of practice in her line of work, making you feel better when you stepped out. Once my blood test revealed my iron level was too low, she followed up immediately with a call that I go down the same day. Not once but repeatedly that I MUST go down that day. The clinic could have waited for me to retrieve my report anyday I wanted but no, they took the extra effort to. She is a professional that cares about a patient's well being when the patient (me) could care less. Also making sure to explain the usage of medicine each time.

Have been bringing both my sons to consult Doctor Grace for many years now. She is patient with all the questions we as patients ask her..she is very detailed in her explanation and gives us reassurance and even calls to check up on us and the kids after consult. my sons adore her and will only ask to see her even after we have moved from away from the clinic area. The staff at the clinic are also very helpful.kudos to Bishan Grace clinic

Was looking for female Doctor at my area and found Dr Grace.She is wonderful and so is her staff! Clinic is v cramp though!

Brilliant physician; extremely knowledgeable with insurance providers and so much patience with writing up pages of my insurance paperwork; I felt so blessed; Dr. Grace is quite personable; Bishan Grace clinic staff are also amazing.

Dr. Grace was extremely thorough in examining and diagnosing our son’s football injury. She can sense his pain. Although the outcome wasn’t what my wife and I wanted to hear she was truthful and blunt about possible treatment options, cost, time, and referred us to a good orthopaedic surgeon. We appreciate her kindness, concern, and care she showed our son.
