โ โ โ โ โ The process to differentiate covid patients from others is not there! This is highly unprofessional for times like this for a healthcare facility.
I was asked by a patient to help him with the online registration form but it was only during the questionnaire that I realised he had covid.
I subsequently asked the nurse if there should be a process to differentiate covid patients because of my experience. The nurse said they had asked him to wait so that they can help with other registrations, and her remark was โbut you helped him rightโ and my response was that I did not know.

โ โ โ โ โ Did a pre-travel ART test there and the registration/check-in process was smooth. The staff were courteous and clear in their instructions and explanation of how the testing process works.

โ โ โ โ โ Was looking for a doc at 7pm. Then chance upon this clinic. Read some bad review. Bt i must say i think the staff and doctor here are good. DR ong is super detail and will really listen to you and your concern. There are also kids here seeking doctor so i guess is child friendly too. Definitely should be given a 5 star.

โ โ โ โ โ Today, I was tested positive. Tbh, the symptoms I had for COVID was terrible. Queue to see the Doc was fast. After seeing the Doc, we will need to do a test in the clinic so that they can send to MOH. It was 11am and I waited for 1 good hour for my test. We cannot sit inside, we can only sit outside, under the sun. I already developed fever. Whatโs the wait for? The Muslim replied, she is preparing my medicine. But that is a 1 hour of preparation of my medication.

โ โ โ โ โ We did supervised ART test at the clinic. The process was smooth. We were told to leave after the test, and we will be notified of the result via SMS. We left not knowing the result.
About an hour later, my friend was notified via SMS that his result was positive. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our cruise as a result. That being said, my friend did self test which showed negative. He then went to another clinic and the result also showed one line, I.e. negative.
I understand that in other clinics, they will wait with you to see the result.
If you really want to do ART test at this clinic, make sure you see the result before you leave the clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to the clinic for COVID swab test and had to stand up throughout while waiting for my turn. Probably can put more chairs outside the clinic for people to sit. Feel not well but have to stand.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent experience for my sister, sister in law and myself in 3 separate visits - ARI - only paid $10 but still received timely and thorough doctor consultation and gentle and polite services at the counter including the ART test. It is perfectly ok for me to wait outside and outdoor since I have flu like symptoms. And the wait time is reasonable and all done in less than an hour.
