★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This humble and unassuming MOOKATA stall at Mei Ling street - took us by surprise. We like the rice (with garnish on top), friendly boss service with a smile, tasty meats & a wallet friendly bill. Clean and wide table for 5 of us with plenty of space for the dishes and stove. A lot better value for money than our earlier experience with another steamboat stall in the same hawker center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had early dinner at Mei Hou. First time here and pleasantly surprised with the pleasant service by the boss and the yummy food! We chose the chicken soup stock and it was tasty.... They have four spicy sauces to choose from and they go very well with the various types of meat we ordered. Reasonably priced too! Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally surprised on how I felt for this small Mookata stall.. It is really very delicious!! Chose the Tom Yum soup base and that is the ultimate that determine me & my husband will be coming back for more. We had the 2 Thai Chilli, 1 sweet n the other sour. Both are spicy & good!!! Seasoning of the meat and seafood are very flavoring as well. The guy & lady who serve us are very friendly & diligent.. One star short mainly due to the drinks stall are quite a distance, not easily accessible... Other than that, I recommend this place
