★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice restaurant with cool vibes and a good ambience. I ordered their salad and clear tom yum soup as a quick bite. The soup was good.. not too sour and the spice level was just right. I went during non peak hours so it wasn't too crowded. Staff is courteous and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the many Thai food options all around town, this spot doesn't stand out one bit. It probably will be "good enough" if you're having a Thai food crave, but beyond that, the food isn't exactly authentically Thai-quality per se. Prices are also a little high for this type of quality. Service is average. Nothing stood out to me throughout the meal.
Tried a whole range of menu items, and I didn't find something that made me go wow, nice. Everything felt pretty standardized in preparations and taste profiles unfortunately.
Not a place that I'd walk in again, but also I guess I've been spoilt by proper Thai food, from even the dingiest of spots nearby, e.g. Orchard Tower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank u Bangkok Jam for the meme oracle night. The spring squid was excellent, Tom yum spicy soup was awesome and flavourful. Mixed grill was a real treat. Thai green tea together with red ruby is a must . Nice friendly staff , good ambience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cut above your average Thai restaurant and the quality of both the food and the service reflect that. The dishes we tried were very good, maybe a little on the sweet side for some tastes and didn't carry as much spice kick as I'd have thought, but still delicious. The pricing does mean this has to be a heavy hitter and it mostly delivers, although it was disappointing that even the little things were charged for (we were explicitly told there's no tap water, and we had to buy bottled).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant serves nice Thai food, which I like. I ordered Beef Basil with rice. The fried rice is also nice. They are located inside Great World Mall, and quite popular, since they are almost full at the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food standard drop a lot compare to last time. The signature mid chicken wing joint is tasteless. Minced meat omelette is very oily and mango salad I opted for the less spicy which in turn become non spicy and salty with no sweet taste and the mango. Tom yum soup is salty. Tea is sweet, first tea I had that tasted sweet. Overall food is bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Bangkok Jam at 3pm. Had lovely Thai cuisine with classy ambience! The female staff was fantastic. Her warm, friendliness & helpfulness truly brightened up the whole dining experience! Other staff generally seemed happy working there too! Will definitely visit again!
