Imperial Treasure Cantonese Cuisine

First place to dine-in after re-opening following Phase 2 (Heightened Alert). The food at Imperial Treasure is always delicious and consistent. Service is also efficient and attentive. The Tim Sum here is refined with good quality ingredients. All the dishes were great and stand-out for me was the Beef Brisket Noodles, Char Shao Su and Zha Liang (Cheong Fun wrapped Dough Sticks).

Strongly not recommended. Service standards are sorely lacking. Avoid for finer dining and business functions. Serving order is important in better chinese restaurants. Appetisers like roast pork should arrive before the soup, followed by the main dishes like fish. Instead, the fish dish came first and soup last. In reply to our enquiries, Ann Loke (Asst Manager) was unapologetic and just replied 'oh.' Another junior staff, when asked, said 'it wasn't his responsibility.' Expect continued brand and reputation erosion if unremedied by management.

Highly recommended if you are seeking for authentic Cantonese cuisine. Service and food are definitely good and delicious.

Lovely dim sum and wonderful tastes as always. Enjoyed the dim sum options but pity many dishes not available. The ambience is cosy and comfortable.

Best dimsum place ever. Get whatever dimsum you want; it’s all amazing. You could probably skip the roast meats. While those are still good, they aren’t remarkable and you could probably get better elsewhere.

If you like the authentic, light yet have depth of flavor Cantonese cuisine, this is definitely the place to visit. We have been here for a few times, and no dish disappointed us yet. Service is good too. I especially like the dessert 擂沙汤圆. The texture of rice ball is so soft and the sesame filling is mildly sweet, which goes really well with the peanut powder. Would love to visit here regularly!

We’ve always liked the Imperial Treasure restaurants and this one is no exception. The food and service are both very good. I really liked that the staff are friendly and engaging. It makes for a really pleasant experience. On this visit, we had some seafood and tofu clay pot, some sweet & sour pork, and some eggplant with garlic sauce (鱼香茄子). Everything was great and the portions were big. They have a diverse menu of Cantonese favorites and there are a lot of other dishes we want to go back for, especially now that we can dine in larger groups again.

I was invited by my friend Eric to join him for dinner at this restaurant. I had dinner at this place some years back but never get to review it. We got a private room for 6 persons. The customer service is excellent. They went all the way out to provide a good experience. I do wonder if the customer service will be as good if it is not a private room. I do hope it is so. We had a few starters, deep fried white bait fish, deep fried tofu cubes and roasted pork. Every dish is a delight and the quality is there. I like the honeyed walnuts too. Next was a pork dish which I cannot remember the name but taste equally good. We had a deep fried fish in superior soy sauce. This is a good dish. There was a veggie dish. After that we had the fried rice in salted fish. This is the star dish for me. The salted fish is nothing like what I have tasted in Singapore. The desserts are equally tantalizing. I had the red bean for dessert. The taste is right. My friend ordered another dessert. I cannot remember the name but I had included photos. It is deep fried glutinous flour with sesame ball. The taste is heavenly. Overall experience is excellent. Will be back to try the dim sum.
