★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My NTUC membership is due. Tried to pay at AXS machine but failed and told to contact a NTUC hotline. Did that but there were no humans to talk to. In the end, my queries still unanswered. Damn irritating.
Many businesses allow payments by credit card so why is NTUC behind the times?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is probably the only few traditional market place left in central Singapore with the strong local accent that is still popular among our fellow citizens. Merchandises are still mostly affordable. Compared with Chinatown which is highly commercialised , there are relatively lesser tourists here since we don't find many foreign brand restaurant-chains here.
