Bad workmanship. Over promise and under deliver!

The quality of workmanship is ok recommended

Reno was completed yesterday. Everthing was done pefectly. A big thank you to Hakim and Eric for the prompt assistance and going extra miles in acceding to our request. Sincerely apologised for having to rush the both of you for this reno. Hope that we will have a chance to engage your Co again for future reno. Thank you ???

Not a single star for rating! Regretted choosing them for my first ever house renovation! From A to Z just poor! Poor quality, poor communication, poor workmanship, poor services. Over promised everything talk like ya ya but nothing is done properly! Moved in right after the renovation like "60%-70% done" just 3-4 months moved in not even a year we developed molds/moulds on our house ceilings that causes booklice everywhere. Not sure but when first moved in and checked the wardrobe, cabinet there are alr booklice and was told by another painter from another company the paint that are used for my house are also the cheap/cheapest paint. So so disappointed do renovation insecurely.

Renovation was promised to be done in 1 and a half month but it was delayed for almost 3 months. The ID didn't take us seriously after he took 80% of the money from us. Even after all the money been paid we got told that we have remaining balance needed to be paid but did not print out on the receipt in the first place. He brought us to see the lighting and kitchen appliances and half way throughout he was gone to somewhere else saying that he got another clients to attend. Many times i had to tell the id to come by the house due to the delayed work but always give us many reasons to not come and when he finally came to hear out our complain he went out the house and never come back again until the renovation was done he came back just to take the remaining 20% of the money. The paint job is really horrible because they used matex type of paint. It is a bad experienced having to deal with the ID during my house renovation. The ID simply have a bad communication service.

Decided to go with Meng Design & Build after our research. The quality is top notch especially the carpentry workmanship is excellent. Highly recommended Haikel if you are looking for a responsible and hardworking ID. We trusted him throughout the renovation period. He had been keeping us updated on the progress and what to expect next in the next few days. Thank you.

From demolition, masonry, plumbing & electrical installation, finally our new kitchen, toilet and living hall at level 1 completed in 4 weeks. We are truly satisfied with the design and workmanship. Thank you to my darling, Arzimi Sheikh for realising my dream with his creative ideas, and design, my dream bright, and spacious kitchen came true. Thank you to Mr Najib from Meng Design & Build, for your great job and patience.

Engaged them for my house makeover in Feb till end March 2022. Everything went well. Special shout out to Mr. Haikel for the ID design & the smooth liaising of this project. Highly recommended..... Thank you Meng Design & Build.
