Booked a 3D2N stay in this hotel. The rooms are fine, comes with bidet. But heads up, the parking is not free. You have to purchase a carpark coupon which is valid for 24 hours but not multiple use. In my experience upon purchasing, the service staff whom served me told me I can use it for 24 hours. When I exited the carpark to run some errands, my coupon showed “Reused coupon”. Upon calling the security, they were rude and unprofessional and demanded me to pay the carpark charges. The security first asked me to reverse my car in a spiral carpark? How is that even possible? I was baffled. I called the hotel front desk and asked them, they told me it’s only a one time use. The female staff apologised saying she understands my situation. How does she understand when she is not the one in my shoes? It was embarrassing enough that there were cars queuing at the back of me to exit. Hope management does something serious regarding this matter, because paying $17+ for a full day carpark is ridiculous enough, but does not come with unlimited entry/exit.

Staff is friendly over the phone, room svc will be available till 5pm daily. After 5pm, you have to go down to the counter to get the items if there is any additional request. My friend and I feel that the bed caused some itchiness but overall hygiene looks good in the hotel, you might want to wash the plates and utensils again before using. Location wise is normal, you can access MRT easily but will need to travel a bit further to get more variety of food. Ok price for ok quality.

I've had a very unsatisfactory experience at this serviced apartments. Unfortunately for the market we didn't have many options and couldn't move after a few days and had to continue our stay. Service is very poor and constantly telling and asking, it's not done and it seems they don't care either. Definitely avoid the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the MRT station and bus stops which makes travelling around easy. Many nice cafe and eateries are within walking distance too. We waited for about 15 minutes to check in at 3pm. There was a form sent for us to fill in our room preference before the staycation. We requested for high floor but were given a room on level 4 in which we didn’t mind. The room was clean and the toilet was so spacious. In addition, there was a small ramp, many grab bars which make it obvious that this room is wheelchair accessible. We realised the water heater was not working when we returned at about 11pm. We called the front desk and were informed that someone would be coming to check on it. It was a long wait before we decided to call the front desk again and were told that they would call the staff. They called back to inform us that the engineer had gone home. There was no solution offered and we had to ask if we could change to another room. We were taken aback when the staff told us that he had to check first. Finally they decided to allow us to change to another room and told us to pack our stuff and head to the front desk to exchange for the key cards. It would be nice if the staff could bring the cards to us while we packed since the new room they offered was on level 4 too. It would save us the time and trouble to head down and go back up to the same level again. As time was wasted to pack and unpack, our bedtime was delayed. We called to request for a late checkout and were given an hour extension till 1pm. Having been to many hotels for staycay, this was the first time we encountered such an issue but it was a lesson learned to check the amenities upon checking in. We wanted to book this place for 2 weeks in June during the house minor renovation period but have decided not to. Overall, for a short staycation when you don’t need much service from the staff, it’s worth considering because of the location and cleanliness. Just make sure you check the amenities when you check in to avoid the hassle to resolve it later.

First was the bad customer service I received when making reservations and checking up on stuff. Next I have clearly fill up the forms for early check in at 2pm and the room is not ready at all because they have guest who are checking out late so I really wonder what for asking the guest to fill up the form for early check in . Before making reservations I have already mentioned that hopefully everything will be smooth from that 1st bad experience on., but clearly this still happens. I will be staying at room 629 I hope to speak to a manager on this matter or anyone who can handle this .

Was there for 2 nights and the stay was good! Managed to get an early check in (if you want an early check in please call the hotel to check first) and the stay was so pleasant. Everyone there was nice and polite. Hotel is a great size for 2. Really enjoyed my stay…and I guess I found my current favorite hotel to staycay for now’

Spent a good week here and booked a one-bedroom which was super spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space and well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge. Strange though that there's no wine glass or a bottle opener. A little extra was the windows that could be opened (even if slightly!). Great facilities (even if the gym is small for the number of rooms). The pool was a good-sized lap pool with a whirlpool - even if suntan area is limited. And the location of the hotel is top, in between 2 metro lines and plenty of bus lines, at the doorstep of Little India and a full supermarket in the basement for everything else. Last but not least, the personnel are top in terms of service and attitude!

I showed up hours early before check-in to leave my luggage at the lobby. Surprisingly, the staff let us check in hours in advance! The staff was pleasant to talk to and the room was comfortable to stay in. The hotel sits above a shopping centre with Starbucks right below it. They have a taxi stand next to the hotel which is convenient.
