The management / doctor / administrator should update the information on the website to save the time and effort for the sick who have to travel to see a doctor. Extremely irresponsible attitude for healthcare personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Toh is extremely patient and thorough in his diagnosis. One of the few that bother to check everything regardless of ailment. He also only prescribes what you need. My family's preferred doctor when we are really unwell.
expect longer wait times due to the thoroughness, and don't go if you just need an MC, obviously. Go when you need a proper check.

I was having mental stress with work and I requested 2 weeks of MC from the doctor so I can go for the psychiatrist appointment in mid April. However, the doctor was unempathetic and she said she is the doctor, so I have to follow her decision, and she told me she will only give me 1 day MC and I should not escape from my problems at work. She wanted me to report back to the clinic the next day so she can check on me. I was already having mental breakdowns and this further added to my mental stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always been a regular here! The doctor is very nice& polite.
however, I was tested positive for Covid and did an ART test . I wanted to see a doctor today , I arrived at 2.30 and there was this rude staff that told me “oh we’ve stopped registration already, you can come tomorrow”
when I told her I took and ART and was positive,
She rudely replied “oh we have a lot of Covid patients here, if you want come tmr”
It would’ve been better if she told me nicely but she was really very rude.
I should’ve read the latest review first before coming.
Now I know why the reviews are so bad??♀️??♀️!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tested positive for Covid and visited this clinic since it was one of the few SASH clinics open on Sat afternoon. I was attended to by a very pleasant doctor, Dr Lee, and her clinic assistants. My bill amounted to $10 inclusive of consultation and medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want say big thanks to this Sayang who helped me to source for other clinics under my company list due to their clinic was having a long waiting hrs ,reason because I got myself badly injured nearby and she didn't reject me immediately. Sadly I Didn't get her name but she was really sweet and indeed a rare gem. One doctor clinic indeed got themselves a good employee and awesome good service!

Went for pass extension, Long waiting time and no proper consultation provided.
They don't have any testing facility, required to go to polyclinic and the x-ray and bring it back to them for validation.
Per visit roughly spent 2-3 hours minimum for consultation.
