C	Clara (Merveilleuse) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks overall quite good. Maybe not the earl grey latte. But cocoa latte was quite good. Orange green tea was pleasantly surprising, perfect ratio of orange juice to green tea, refreshing & quenching. Pearl is good too. Grass jelly & pudding are normal, kinda same as other brands’ :)
T	Tommy Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milk based drinks. Had their brown sugar milk and it was decent but nothing to write home about. The honey boba was disappointing, chewy but on the hard-side. Service on the other hand is great. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.

You can taste the grains of black sesame which proves to be pretty authentic. Yet at the same time it's creamy and tasty. But I got to admit I'm no expert in bubble tea, only drinking this once a month.

There is a very informative video that plays at this location that highlights the idea behind the company and their goals. The milk was delicious! I chose the Taro flavor and it did not disappoint. 10/10 will go back to again!

Particularly enjoy their honey pearls - they’re plenty sweet on their own so try to go for a lower sugar level for your drink if you get the pearls. They usually have promotions for the purchase of two drinks so bring a friend when you go!

A quite comfortable option to order both at the counter and at a machine. What does not work very well is the long wait time, also when there are not long queues. A quite original store to have a very good drink with friends.
N	Nicole Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Suntec city's milksha outlet and it was my first time trying their drinks. Was served by the staff named Noel around 5pm. There was a milk tea latte promotion going on and I decided to go with it. As it was my first time ordering from Milksha, I wasnt exactly sure of their products so I took some time to order at the counter. However, the staff who served me appeared to be unhappy and rather impatient. She did not even bother saying thank you after passing me the receipt whereas she thanked the customer after me which made me wonder why the huge difference in attitude. Probably my first and last time having milksha.

Ordered - Green tea with taro balls - Earl grey with honey pearls The earl grey with 30% sugar still tasted overly sweet to me, maybe due to some honey from the pearls? Wished they allow top up as I prefer the drink with milk, however not possible as I was redeeming my voucher.
