A classic favourite of mine, priced @ $1.70 for a nice smooth cup of teh peng sui dai. Without a fail, the guy behind the drinks always keep the drink well balanced between the milk and strength of the tea.

Teh. Is. Good. Like… (I feel bad to say it because yk is my first and long time love) I think can fight my fave chain of teh. $1.20. The boy said the whole Chinatown is drinking their drinks lol. Make sure to order whatever you want all at once. The queue is fast but it’s too long to queue twice for second savouring moment. Will be back to try their full set next time. //edit. No. The queue is worth it for second round.

Ordered teh siew dai, very gao. Saw the uncle placed two teaspoons of condensed milk in, not sure if he heard me mention siew dai? A dash of evaporated milk was added too. Husband and wife mending the stall, husband does the drinks, while the wife takes care of the roti. Only had $50 with me and was too paiseh to ask him to get the change. Glad they accept grabpay as well.

I don’t see the big deal about this place - coffee was good but a little too much cardination. Iced tea was good. First time having kaya toast :)

Long line but moves fast. Price wise is $3.60 for my items! An affordable Bread is sliced in the middle from a loaf and toasted to a perfect crust. Butter and Kaya wonderful pairing. Abit small in portion for drinks as well but not bad!! Ordered Kopi-C Siew Dai & Teh, good aroma. ☕️

Coffee is nice. It’s strong enough to go for ice coffee version Toast is normal while I find the egg to hard. Otherwise I will still go back for the coffee

Honestly.. Nothing special. Coffee isn't as good as the other store. Yet this store has surprisingly long queue maybe due to service inefficiency. The Michelin standard isn't there. Overly hyped. The kaya butter toast is just normal. The peanut toast is not even close to good. Might as well make yourself at home. The coffee is thick and on par to my expectations. The bitterness of the coffee does have a strong sensation, but there is no coffee aroma compared to the other shop near the yam cake store. Probably cos they put lesser carnation milk. Overall, one time business to see what the hype is all about but definitely not coming back for this.
