L	Liyana Yusoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger is tasteless and nothing like pasar malam. And the price is total rip-off. You need to add cheese and vegetables that comes with additional price. Paid $15.60 for double beef petty for 2 burgers. It's worth buying Double Whopper Burger at BK and Ramly Burger at Pasar Malam. On a side note, staff seems demoralised as counter Indian guy didn't hear my order properly and the Malay guy who did the Ramly burger seems lazy or demoralised. Will not visit again.
D	Davis Kurasha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good alternative to satisfy your ramly burger cravings. Tried their 4 patties thunder burger together with briyani fries and a drink and loved it, something you cant find in your average ramly store. Customer service was pleasant, would recommend giving it a try.
A	Alvin Low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 will not recommend due to poor service attitude. Ordered on 9 July 2022 around 720pm. First man who took my order was nonchalant. When I asked if I could pay with paywave, he did not reply me. I proceeded to pay with cash. After getting my order and waited for about 8 minutes, I approached the shop again and asked if my order was ready. Another man replied rudely “look at the number” on their queue number system twice. He then turned around, packed my burgers, pressed my number and handed to me. There were not many orders at that time, but I would appreciate if he could say my order wasn’t ready, or was preparing instead of shunning me away so rudely. He did not even bother to check what my orders were. Unless these workers undergo some training to improve their customer service, my family will never patronise this place again.
K	Kenneth Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ramly burger. From what I can tell, the patty for chicken and fish is the same as pasar malams. Personally, I find the chicken patties used to be too thin and not very crispy but this is exactly how the pasar malams stalls do it. Fish burger is what I go for, granted this is more for the nostalgia of eating ramly burger from pasar malams. Does not come with vegetables, and cheese and egg are top ups. Can add additional patty as well.
A	Adi Troid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst burger stall i ever encounter. I ordered a Double beef patty burger for $6.90. And i know what is suppose to be in a burger. He ask me "stall guy ask me weather i want to add cheese and veg to my burger.. cause it is a plain burger with blackpepper sauce. Burger should include with veg and cheese. And when i receive my burger.. i didnt get what i ordered.. i receive a chicken patty not beef..
N	NE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer services. The malay man is unfriendly. He was continuously tapping his fingers on the tabletop while we are ordering. Might be gesturing to order faster or he dont want to take our order. He also do the work slow. Those guys didnt talk to each other. Maybe there is some internal issues between them or they just dont like to work with each other. Hope mob resolve this issues. Its bad for the company name.
S	Sara Mae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered at 9pm. A malay man w brownish dyed hair that served me was not friendly and seemed unwilling. Had enquired if they still had wings but was rudely cut off. Ordered cheese fries instead for $3.10 and this is what i received. 2nd time visiting and not coming back.
p	punyshark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the Ramly Burger I know. Buns were not toasted, too much chili sauce and bbq sauce, no mayo sauce, all I tasted were the sugary chili sauce and bbq sauce. The guy taking my order kept using his phone all the time, your staff seem to be very low on morale. They looked kinda sad to be there. You guys badly need to improve on the taste and service.
