β β β β β My take away order 3155 on seletar mall today was an unpleasant one! Not only did the staff do not bother to make sure all the items inside, which i have to show them the receipt and they add in the missing items. I also have found out later that my shaker fries comes with the paper bag but not the seaweed!
Please work on the refund as this happen more than twice!

β β β β β Hi I giving a feedback about the order of GF 248 from seletar mall at 11:00am and I order two jjang burger one upsize on without upsize the upsize meal the fries I oder is large but the fries came like even lesser and half of it i didn't touch anything or what can y'all check carefully before u all pack yeahh.... the rest of the burger us nice hopefully y'all can give me the fries with a large size when I order again... I being paid the upsize price but the fries is lesser. Please take note of that

β β β β β Tried the new Hainanese burger from McDonald. Could taste the ginger. Not bad. However it is just a McChicken with a different sauce lol the crisscut fries is a bit soggy and oily. I am not a fan of it..

β β β β β Staff is always rude at this branch and frequently gets order wrong / missing items. Always need to check every single thing before I leave.
Ordered an Oreo mcflurry with extra Oreo (+$0.70) but received a mudpie mcflurry that wasn't even mixed. Ordered green tea but got iced Milo instead. Always hard to get what I order from the seletar mall McDonald's.

β β β β β Every time go there buy must check order myself before go back home but reach home my wife tell me why I never check inside the burger ?. Haha ? chicken burger wrap with egg burger. Check liao still can be wrong. Hope the management can be better and Customer don't need to check their order themselves lol. Also can enjoy their foods went take away ? lol

β β β β β Leaving a review because I was utterly surprised by the service provided.
We purchased a set meal over counter for takeaway and we when we reached home, we found out they missed out on the sauces and wrong drink.
My sis called in to see if we can return to collect, as she was determined to try the nachos cheese sauce. To our surprise, the staff offered to send over the sauce and the drink.
We were surprised and definitely not expecting them to go above and beyond with their service.
Kudos to the team!

This outlet foods were ready pretty fast but really... the burgers has become kid meal size

Gave 4 stars previously, downgraded to 1 stars now
My signature mushroom burger was badly done.
The patty is too dried and the onion is not caramelised.
The burger is not flavourful at all (look at the number of packets chilli sauce)
The fries barely warm this time
While it's nice to see many diners cleared the trays after they done, but the staff did not wipe or sanitise the table after diner left.
Really need to buck up
