B	Be reLex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked the ART test at home and it was positive. I came here to see the doctor. The doctor said that most of my conditions were positive. The final result was negative. After that, I went home and checked again, and the result was still Postive. I don't know if this clinic is possible or not! I'm so disappointed, I'm going to see another doctor! Update : I went to see another doctor, and it the test of my final result was positive. Now when the epidemic is so severe, there will be such mistakes in this clinic, I feel like I need to report this problem to MOH!!!
O	Oh Sepent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the doctor that did the PCR swab was professional, such cannot be said about the staff at the front desk. Booked an appointment at 1630 and when I got there they told me to do the E-declaration and wait outside to be called. Little did I know you have to register for swab test at another counter. So I waited aimlessly for 20 minutes before I realized people that came later than me get to swab earlier. Had to clarify with the front desk before they admitted that she had forgotten to call me. Went to clarify what's the point of booking an appointment and found out it is just to make sure they have enough kits to swab, and not for you to get an appointed time slot.
y	yuri wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming and thoughtful staff & doctor I first went to the clinic near block but they rejected me and told me it was too late. So I take bus to this clinic and came at 8.30pm, I was no hope but surprisingly I got see the doctor very fast, and everyone here was pleasant. Most smooth experience by far.

Understaffed , no explanation given , patient called not according to order. If you can't cope with the load don't open the slots , this is not the way how you make money . Worst clinic experience ever

They operate in a systematic way and the wait time was a lot shorter compared to other clinics I’ve been to. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. They helped with any doubts I had to the best of their abilities. Thank you to the staff with coloured hair who helped me!
P	Priscilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic to do health check up! You have a poster to ask customers to show respect but the clinic is not showing their paying customers respect at all! 1. Scheduled for health check up, doctor forgot to take blood pressure, likely nurse did not inform that he needs to take the blood pressure 2. Was in the vicinity for at least 2 hours after check up but no one called until 5 hours later LYING that the doctor wants to retake the blood pressure when it was the doctor/nurse who forgot about it 3. Staff have the audacity to ask customer to go back immediately, and speaking so incoherently that I suspect she was not even speaking English! 4. Went back to take the blood pressure and still have to wait! Wasted a good ADDITIONAL 20 minutes for the incompetency of the staff in this so-called “clinic”. A waste of customers time and money for the non-professionalism. Zero stars!!!
R	Rachael Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here many times, the doctor and girls at the front desk are really friendly and helpful! They are meticulous and careful with their work. The registration was smooth and my insurance claim was very fast compared to my experiences at other clinics. The doctors are all very nice and so is the swabber, not painful at all. They maintain their cool even when some nasty patients come in with an attitude. Kudos to them!

My boy is sick and I was worried the staff might do the swab too rough on him but the staffs there were really gentle and polite. Even the doctor was soft spoken and gentle. I was expecting the bill to be pricey since its a clinic located in the mall itself but it turn out to be really affordable especially with the chas and cda card payment. It was quite packed in the morning but most of the crowd was for the pcr swab test and it took approx 40mins for my turn to see the doc. They have 2 separated rooms, one is only for swab test and the other is for the doctor’s consultation. Its really hard to find a good clinic with gentle polite doctor and staffs and im glad this clinic popped up on goggle. ?
