★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always loved seeing Dr Michelle as she is very detailed and thorough. She always makes me feel welcome and advises me in details and accordingly. Even though the waiting time to see her may be long, but it's worth the wait as she truly takes the time to listen to you and tries to address whatever problems I'm facing.
The negative reviews may be due to the counter staff as they may not be as friendly as Dr Michelle but since the doctor is the most impt person you need to see in a doc visit, Dr Michelle is one of the best GP I've seen. Do give her a try someday~ Thank you Dr Michelle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registered at 2pm. Waited 1hr 15mins to see the doctor. After seeing doctor, waited another 15mins nothing happened except staff at counter chit chatting so i asked counter girl if I can make payment then she started dispensing my medication. Omg! I never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ng is a nice lady. However the wsit is way too long. Reaches clinic 1130am anf 4 patients in front of me, and I get to go inside the doctor room at 115pm. Cleaner and counter staffs waiting for her to finish. Staffs yet to have their lunch when I left clinic at 130pm where the next consult is at 2pm. Poor staffs. Pls look into it the management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Michele is no doubt a good and very attentive doctor, she listens closely and checks thoroughly (or so i think, medical layman here) for any suspected ailments.
However that makes the next guy, and the next guy and the guy next wait longer and it eventually snowballs into a 2 hours languish in a pretty cold clinic. Not so ideal if you are having a fever and shivering.
Problem's not with the doctors, problem is with the lack of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the other reviews state, Dr Michelle Ng is extremely thorough and kind. Of course, as a result the waiting time can be a little long. But the reception area is also comfortable and well lit so it’s not too bad. The receptionists were helpful and friendly too. But definitely carve out some time for the wait just in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic today and the waiting time is super long. After the consultation I am satisfied with Dr Michelle. She is very detailed and i got a clearer picture of the issue I am having. The malay lady at the counter, I forgot her name, is very professional and gives an estimation of time for us to come back so that we do not waste our time waiting in the clinic.
