Review based solely on crispy skin yam mooncake with single yoke. Its 7 bucks for a big piece. -+1 star Visually appealing. - +1 start Skin isn't falky as I would like and smells of oil left sitting for days. Yam filling is acceptable for the price paid. Egg yolk tasted weak and somewhat offbeat. I would avoid these.

found egg shells in rice and given black color vegetables. okay for adults but unsuitable for young children as food is oily

Worst bakery ever! I was walking towards the counter where they placed multiples of fish crackers in plastic containers for sale. My bag accidentally hit and two of the containers fell. And the rude short hair lady says ‘ ouh drop, u must pay!’ And I’m like why so? She said because drop then broken already. So I said what is broken??? She said ouh see inside, showing the bits and pieces underneath the bottle container , and so I pointed to those on the table where almost of the containers at the bottom of it contains the bits and pieces of fish crackers which supposedly to her is broken. She demanded me to pay $12.90 which I did as I was in a hurry and didn’t want to prolong , but after which I was thinking why do I even pay her. Never will I step in the bakery again!! Such a scammer!! And their breads are horrible to begin with , just that I only go there to buy plain white bread.

Chicken cutlet lemon rice at 2 bucks! The rice was actually nice and warm chicken rice! Cutlet at that price no complains. Saw aunties eating whole fish at 9.90 Cheap eats! manage expectations at that price

Bought the German egg tart, $2. Was very good! Filling is like custard, smooth and creamy. Crust was crumbly and buttery. The crust is thick on the bottom though so you get less of the custard. Still ok for me since I like both the crust and the custard.

First time trying tzi char in this shop, surprisingly the char kway teow is the tastiest I've had in Bedok, even tastier than tzi-char nearby at MyKampung. Will come to try other dishes, couple next to me had hor fun and it looks really good too. Only dislike about this coffeeshop is there is mirrors everywhere, wish they can remove it, feels weird seeing your own reflections everywhere while eating.

Reasonable price for halal foods right beside NTUC bedok... Used to be cheaper but after an expansion, the price seem to increase a little but still a reasonable price for halal foods since some halal foods can be so "overpriced"...
