Terrible experience. I purchase the fave voucher for the 90mins massage. Didnt enjoy the massage because the massage was too painful. Kept on telling the massaue to provide less pressure but didnt listen. Even few days from the day I went for massage there, my body is sore. And there was so much hard selling. If I can give negative star, I will give to this massage salon.

Would like to give no stars if there's an option so leaving 1 star for the beautician's skills. I agree with the other reviewers about scheduling - I'm trying to book 1 month in advance and I still haven't gotten an appointment. I've been texted numerous times over the last 4 days, offering dates that I already stated as unavailable - it makes you wonder about their comprehension skills.

Late review as I forgot about my experience with this place, until a friend prompted my memory. I bought a Fave deal previously that's to expire on 31st December 2021, and since weekend evening slots were almost never available; I was perpetually placed on waiting list. I finally got a slot on a Christmas Eve, but on the day before the staff informed me via Whatsapp they will have to reschedule me. I've informed them of my concern that I will have to be scheduled before the year ends, as my voucher expires in 2022. They said they understand, and requested for my availability. On the day of my appointment (28th February!), the staff were shocked and insisted that since the voucher was expired, I cannot use it. Thank god communication was done via Whatsapp, hence I was able to prove that I've already informed what is necessary of me. After a few whisperings, the lady manager came out to inform me that I MUST top up for $40++ for TCM as my voucher is expired. The manager spoke of her generosity towards me and my partner-- nevermind that it is due to their lapse that I was unable to utilise the voucher before expiry. They also spoke about how I would have wasted my trip and money, if I don't pay additional $40++ (the audacity!). Of course I refused, and was adamant on filling a report against CASE, or whichever agency is appropriate. After witnessing how I refuse to budge, the manager loudly proclaimed that she is sick and tired of having to deal with things like this, and asked one of her staff to follow up. The staff then offered me 50% off the generous TCM top up offer for both me and my partner. I took it because this is honestly one of the worst experience I've ever had, and I really can't be bothered to escalate this. The massage was good, though the masseuses were loudly conversing in Mandarin when I just wanted peace and quiet. The front desk also dare not hardsell any massage packages to us, as evident to how bad an experience we've had. I will not recommend this place to anyone though; management was bad and communication is not coordinated. God knows what else could happen after you sign a package with them.

Went for my last massage here (after 4 years ) today , masseur Iris was good ! But as usual , I was asked to consider signing new package which I politely rejected . The manager added that I had wanted to consider the last times they spoke to me ( I’m shocked that they took note and followed up ?) I rejected and since she has failed to convince me , she said bye ✌?. The masseurs are good in my opinion , but I guess the selling of packages is what puts customers off .

Hardselling when u are at your most vulnerable, lying there, eyes covered and the boss will walk in and tell your things. Always negative, how bad your health is etc. Stresses u up, stand at the door and wouldn't let u go to your sessions and demand to pay up all your package even though when selling point of time said you can do so by installment. At CNY time keep pressurizing payment by passive aggressive method - "its not lucky to owe money must pay up". I paid more than $300 for a single session at one point of time. I tried to leave, and they offered free massage, and of cos by the best masseur, and then sell package again. After that its quite difficultI'm so fearful of going but I still have sessions there. Please stop pressurizing me. The last time I was there, the staff in glasses stood behind the counter far away from me and said aloud, purportedly for other customers to hear, we need to discuss your payment plans the next time. I don't know what they will do to me next. Please spare me. Please I'm really scared.

Visited this place on the 14th December 2021. I bought a voucher which was heavily discounted from Fave, although I do expect they will do some selling (To upgrade the massage), however masseur's approach was very rude. This was a couple's massage session, I went with a friend, she upgraded hers to TCM massage, however for myself, I did not want hard pressure on my body that day as I was having menstrual period, the masseur kept on going on how I should take hard pressure and forceful massage. TCM practitioners had advised not to do Tuina doing the time of the month. I asked for Swedish massage but she did it so half heartedly and kept on talking about how I should upgrade the massage. The oil used also gave me a rash. Both masseurs kept on talking during the session, it was not a relaxing session. I was glad I did not bring my romantic partner here, it would definitely not have been very romantic after all.

1. The lady masseur was not very polite 2. Before the session started, she said that the voucher I bought is just normal tuina massage with minimal strength and she will not press my neck, shoulders or back. If I wanted anything more than that, I will have to either add $28 or $38 (couldn’t hear her very clearly anyway she was just rambling off). I said I will just go with whatever I paid for because I bought a similar voucher previously and was satisfied with the massage. As the session started, it did not feel like a massage at all. It felt more like a body rub - someone just applying oil on my body and rubbing really hard. I could not feel any pressure at all. She even said my body felt warm and I replied that it’s all the rubbing and friction that is making me feel very hot! Conclusion: DO NOT buy this voucher unless you are fine with someone doing a body rub on you instead of a massage. 3. As usual, I’m led into a small room to sign off that the massage was done. I was asked how the massage was by the lady staff and I feedback the above. When I was comparing to my previous experience at the same place, she informed me that I bought a Javanese massage voucher which was different from a Deep Tissue massage voucher, the former being one with less pressure unlike the usual Tuina. My reply: 1) Most importantly there was NO pressure and it felt only like a body rub, 2) I did Javanese massage at other places before and the effect was good unlike this, 3) the masseur clearly doesn’t differentiate between the Javanese or Deep Tissue because she told me that was Tuina (which the lady staff said will have more pressure - the inconsistency here). She couldn’t give me an answer said she will feedback to the management. After that, she still asked if I was keen to purchase their package which I obviously declined. This session ruined my day as I was looking forward to an effective and relaxing experience. I will NEVER return to this place and purchase this voucher at your own risk. Ps: The lady masseur asked why was I looking at the clock timer in the room. I couldn’t wait for the 1hr body oil rub to end.

Found this place through Fave Deal. Had the 90mins full body massage, there was no hard selling at all. I topped up to upgrade to the TCM massage as recommended and the shi fu assigned to me is Joyce, definitely no regrets because she's top notch in her skill! She was wonderful and I can really feel her effort and skill when she helped to press all the sore parts on my body. There was also Gua Sha & Ba Guan done for me as well. The experience was so good that my Fiancée and I decided to sign a package right after for more sessions and the entire explanation and process was seamless thanks to Hedy. The counter staff were also super friendly and it was a great experience overall. Will definitely be back since I have already signed my package and hope that others will be able to discover this gem with my review as well. Thanks again to Joyce and Hedy! Hope I can get Joyce for my subsequent bookings!
