β β β β β βShoe hospitalβ is the wrong name- brought 6 pairs of shoes by to resole/polish/get new laces. His answer- we donβt do that here. Mainly a key and clothing store- donβt go there to get your shoes repaired.
Just to clarify- the manager said he wouldn't polish leather shoes. So I guess if your shoes are made out of other materials, it might be an OK place to go

β β β β β Reasonable price for key duplication... Even uncommon keys can be duplicated. However, waiting time of a couple of weeks is needed for the key blanks to be indented.

β β β β β Shoes sole came out slightly. Was being informed earlier at $20 with the sole replaced with polished.
During collection, was charged $25 without the sole replaced (just glue back and the soles apart line can be seen) and not polished.
I think paying $10 to a normal cobbler at the market will perform a better job.
Waiting time approx 7 days for a simple job which no soles replaced which I can just buy the shoe glue from hardware store to glue it back which cost much lesser. Utterly disappointed.

β β β β β Fixed the sole of my shoe in less than a day. Been wearing this shoe for about 5 years and really glad uncle was able to save it. Explained the difficulties in fixing shoes with hard soles such as Timberland and provided recommendations on how to fix it. Learnt that he has been in the shoe industry for 30+ years as well. Will definitely patronise again ?
