I am from service line myself for more 10yrs,never ever said things like this infront of my customers tho

This is the very first time I'm being yelled by a customer service crew. Not sure if you are having a bad day but I'm in customer service line too and certainly I won't shout at any of them no matter what had happened. (Unless they robbing my shop lot, lol)
Want a cheap price product for your saving plan and a cheapo customer service in free, yes, you are in the right place.
