I went to their shop to try gourmet meat. I was assisted this Filipino guy with glasses (forgot his name), and he was so informative on the meat & assuring me of the quality of the meat that they sell, coz Im paranoid due to the virus. Kudos!

*Before I go Mmm, I go Hmmm* My dad has been your Changi City Point outlet's regular customer, buying beef steak on my behalf and so far I have been very satisfied with the quality of your meats. However I was left disappointed with the curt service I experienced when I patronised the outlet on 8 Sept evening to purchase some beef steak. Flat iron steak was promoted that day, and me having not tried flat iron before, I asked the service staff what is the difference between the flat iron and the wagyu rump which I wanted to buy. She replied flatly, "they are different". So I tried to get her to elaborate further, perhaps tell me in terms of taste and texture. She then appeared annoyed and replied to me in Chinese: "这两个就是不同嘛你要试你才懂." Having tried your shop's meat and trust the quality I decided to purchase both, but a new customer would have been rudely shocked and would have walked away without purchasing anything. Please look into hiring more professional staff who have good customer service and are knowledgeable about your products, so they can educate us customers and give us tips on how best to cook your quality meats. Your quality meats do not justify being represented by poor quality staff. The appalling service I experienced was more befitting of mass supermarkets like NTUC, and certainly not what customers expect of gourmet butcheries which you have positioned yourself as.

Been regular customer of this shop as they served fresh and reasonable price of fresh cut of beet. However bought a pack of frozen satay from there and found 2 curly long hair hidden in between when i sorted the satay stick for bbq. Please feedback to the supplier. It is Opah Satay brand.

I have been buying beef from this outlet for more than a year and their service used to be very good. But now after they have changed staff. The service gave gone from 10/10 to 1/10. The service woman was very rude and utilise my voucher without confirming which voucher I want to use. Instead of using my birthday month $25 beef voucher, she used my $10 voucher, and still say this is the way they do it. So angry!

These ppl are hopless and not professional. Specially went there to buy the meats from them because they help you to marinate.. bought the beef , lamb and chicken. I actually asked them what marinate is best for beef especially good one, they said salt and pepper, so I said OK.. Last night brought home, turned out not marinated at all and the chicken was too salty.. Lousy service and bad taste for marinating.. definitely a let down and poor standard as compared to the last time I bought..now the place run by aunties.. no wonder..

There is a wide variety of different meats, ranging from pork to beef, and there is always enough to choose from. Their meat is very fresh and this is my go-to place for meat, due to their reasonable prices. The auntie behind the counter is also very friendly and always willingly answers my questions. Overall I would definitely recommend coming down here and getting a steak to try out.
