I LOVE MONSTER PET VET. The vets and staff are soooo responsive, detailed and helpful. I've been taking my cat there for 5 years now and recently also adopted another cat. What I like about them: 1. Super organised team. When they give you a slot, the appt really starts on time at that slot. This reduces the stress on the animals as there is no long wait time together with other animals. I switched from another Vet that had me wait over 2h! 2. Super responsive and caring. I take care of community cats and some have had health issues. The vets are willing to pause and reply to my concerns via email. They really love animals! Once a com cat went missing and they helped me put a poster up in the clinic.Thanks, guys. 3. High-end machines They have good machines that analyse specific bloodwork. Im comparing this to other vets ive been to where they use outdated print outs. 4. Super nice staff They really care about animals. They take the time to understand what your pet eats and researches for u whether it is good or not. They invest time to explain details to you - what your pet needs. Just by speaking to them you know they love animals. They are my go-to vets in CBD. :)

I hardly ever write reviews, but i will write one for them. I want to thank Monster Pet Vet for being so kind and empathetic. Even when my rabbit chunnie was not your usual client, you were kind enough to send me your condolences for him when he passed. I really appreciate it. This is a vet that i would recommend for bunny owners. I have 2 bunnies that did sterilization/neutering with them. Both very successful and they healed well. The waiting time can be longer, but i feel that it is well worth.

My cat's doctor. The vet and staff all take very good care of her. Last minute appointments are hard to get, but even walk-ins don't wait long. Highly recommended ?

I have been bringing my rabbit ? to Monster Pet Vet for many years. My rabbit is always having dental issue and I am extremely grateful and thankful to Dr. I-Lynn and Dr. V-Lynn and their team for the care given to my rabbit and for all their professional advices for all these years. They will called to check on how my rabbit was doing after every visit. Overall experience was a very good and pleasant one and highly recommended.

THANK YOU MONSTER PET VET!!! Dr. Song and team saved our bunny’s life! My family and I are eternally grateful for the compassionate and competent care dr. Song and her team gave our beloved rabbit Snickers after we brought him in with a severe case of stasis. We were so afraid we would lose him, but thanks to the fantastic team at Monster Pet Vet and their kind help and guidance (at a very reasonable price) we managed to nurse him back to health and he is now ? percent healthy again. We will never look anywhere else for our rabbit’s health and care than Monster Pet Vet. ‼️ P.S. For new rabbit owners like ourselves and having to have learned the hard way after misleading advice from other so called experts: please ensure your rabbit’s diet consists of 80% high quality Timothy hay and no more than one cup of vegetables a day plus an occasional treat. Stay away from pellets, sugary treats and other high cornstarch foods, it will make rabbits very ill.

My kitten had a potential case of ringworms, when we brought him in, was told that we were in the clear, and he only had ear mites. They sent us home with the wrong medication(clarified with another vet) and my kitten had ringworms appear on his fur 4 days after! When we called to ask could they have missed it and can we come by immediately to check, they were not concerned at all. Only shared that they had no slots to wait for 3 more days. I was then infected by my kitten with the ringworms shortly. What an absolute nightmare!

Thank you Dr Joey and group of super loving and patient team caring for Cherry my elderly dog. When i brought her to them she was too weak to walk, feed and drink water on her own. I was so worried she was going to leave me. But I am so grateful. With their care and guidance she managed to bounce back to health and is back to her regular energetic self. Am very grateful to all of you. Thank you all once again ?
