Won't recommend this vet. Poor service -- they even didn't take down my appointment and made me pay the sequences by waiting there without a chair. During vaccination, they try to oversell many stuff, even including toothpaste and puppy food. They never declare the service they were providing and just asked you to pay at the end. Sometimes a three-tablet medicine cost $50. Last but not least, this clinic is surrounded a bunch of bird sellers -- you can expect all diff kinds of caged/uncaged birds and their droppings.

First time took my dog for vaccination, end up spending 250 dollars for all kinds of medicine. Very confused. Vet seems not want to talk. Nothing like what I had in mind.

Donot go here if u love ur fur baby, even a bit.. This place exists just to oversell medicines. In 10 seconds, doc will list 10 problems with ur puppy and they will give you 10 different medicine from the counter. Dont know why some reputed pet shops still have tie ups with this vets and we end up going there with our puppies for vaccination.. and since the first vet, we fall into trap.. There are much better vets in Singapore who atleast cares for ur puppy..

Recently I visited the clinic with my puppy and the Dr was a great person who listened to my queries and answered them which was helpful and the nurses were great too..

My sister brought her puppy here for it's 3rd vaccination as it had its 1st 2 vacc at this place. I have my usual vet for my 2 other dogs so I know what the usual procedures are like. She had a bad experience here where the vet just kept trying to sell other products to her from ear cleansing solution, to shampoo to dental spray. Told them she's using Smith & Burton's Shampoo, said it's not good, theirs is better. Ears a little bit dirty, buy their ear cleansing solution INSTEAD of teaching my sister how to properly clean the ears (my usual vet taught me this the 1st time I brought my puppy to her and my pup's ears have been very clean till now). My sis is a 1st time dog owner and of course, she trusted the vet and bought everything from them and end up spending a few hundred dollars on PRODUCTS alone. Utterly disappointed with this place.

We are first time pet owner and I was told by our pet shop Pawsome to go there for our puppy's final compulsory vaccination. I was horrified by the vet's lack of professionalism. He digged my puppy's ear with a cotton bud and said it was very dirty. So I asked him how to clean and he said the nurse would show me. Then he went on to say gum swollen, under part of the body some skin inflammation. I asked how to clean, and everything he said later the nurse would show me. Later, I realise the nurses were in charge of trying to sell products to me. The nurse said she would show me how to clean the ears. Later, they billed it as a ear cleaning service without first informing me and asked me to pay $20 just for that. When he was jabbing my puppy, the vet was also so unfriendly and when my puppy whined, he said my puppy was 'manja'. He did not seem like one who cares about the animals. Will never come here again.

Avoid this vet!!! We have multiple pets and have been to many vets in Singapore. This was by far the WORST experience - the doctor hardly cared to properly examine our dog, the room felt unsanitary, and the staff was constantly trying to upsell items to us. We are never coming back here.
