A great emergency vet! We had a poorly dog and they took great care of him, being very thorough with all the tests, and explaining everything to me clearly. I don't think I've ever been to a vet with my dog where he was so calm when we handed him back after our visit. Normally he panics and struggles when he even sees a vet's office! The staff told us he was having cuddles with them - our dog is usually super shy so this is a big deal and just gave me real confidence that he was in caring hands. If you do need an emergency vet I would definitely recommend.

Brought my terrapin here based on my friend’s recommendation. Even though I was late for my appointment, i didn’t wait long for my turn and the staff were really attentive by having a nurse do a pre-consult to obtain background and history before bringing in the vet. I am also amazed that they called up the previous vet clinic I visited to get a clearer picture of how to help my terrapin. Dr Rina could identify my terrapin’s shell issue immediately and took action swiftly. The team was very kind and considerate to check if they could proceed with procedures and breakdown the cost of the total fees for me, which is well appreciated. Really impressed with Beecroft and it really deserves a 10/10 rating. Thank you to all the staff that helped care for my terrapin. Photos of my terrapin’s shell before and after visiting Beecroft! My happy little boy :)

I had a terrible experience with Beecroft. I visited for an emergency visit for my Syrian Hamster. While I fully understand that it’s the eve of a public holiday, we waited 3-4 hours waiting just for any updates despite being charged an exorbitant EMERGENCY fee of $140. I am COMPLETELY comfortable waiting hours and paying hundreds if the vet on duty was able to give any information on what was wrong but not only was there was no exotic vet on duty, and the only available vet was Evidently unable to discern a male from a female Syrian hamster and DID not give ANY information that was helpful. My poor hamster did not last the night. Please go somewhere else if you care about your pet.

I had brought my RES terrapin to Beecroft when she got critically ill. Doctor Athena and Doctor Rina were assigned to my case. My experience with Beecroft was positive overall. During the 3 weeks+ my terrapin was hospitalized at Beecroft, the doctors and their team took great care of her. The doctors would try to call me daily to update me on my terrapin’s situation, and were patient in explaining things I did not understand. For most treatments and scans required, especially the ones that cost a lot, the team would get my permission before proceeding with them. Both doctors are knowledgeable in their field and provided great advice. They worked closely with me, especially because conditions of terrapins can be difficult to detect and treat, and there is no right or wrong approach some times. The nurses attended well to my terrapin, feeding and caring for her daily, and were accessible to reach when I had questions. There were times when Beecroft was overwhelmed and hence did not provide prompt responses or updates. However, such instances weren’t many and weren’t critical. I totally understand and could tell they were always trying their best. Beecroft even helped me in respect to costs when it got high, as I had raised to the team the concern over my budget. Unfortunately, my terrapin’s condition was too severe and she passed on eventually. The night before she passed, the nurses were alert to sense something was up and had called me down to bid my goodbyes – I appreciated that. Overall, I find the experience positive, and remain extremely thankful to Doctor Athena, Doctor Rina and the nurses who put their heart into treating my beloved terrapin. Thank you!

My cat was behaving oddly with an significant decrease in appetite, lethargy, and refusal to jump or play and kept sleeping all day. We did bloodwork (all fine) and xray which showed a calcified disc in her vertebrae so I brought her to Beecroft via my vet’s referral. Dr Patrick and his team were very caring and patient as they listened me talk about my cat’s history and symptoms. After reviewing that and a physical check it was concluded that while she has issues in her spine it was likely not the main cause of her behaviour. Instead it was likely an adverse reaction to her Zoetis Felocell 4 vaccine done 3 weeks ago. Upon my further research I feel compelled to share with fellow cat owners to be aware of this, which is listed on Zoetis’ site: The use of this product has been associated with fever, anorexia, and lethargy in 1% of vaccinated cats, often occurring in clusters in association with multiple concurrent vaccinations. The onset is typically delayed 7-21 days after vaccination. Symptoms may persist for 3-30 days with an average of 12 days after onset. Veterinary intervention may be required. When treatment is necessary, supportive care, steroids, and antibiotics have been utilized. Suddenly it all clicked! It is not common so it is great that Dr Patrick managed to catch this. While we can’t say for sure it is the vaccine but at least I have a firmer answer. I still encourage vaccinations though especially since such reactions are not common. In short I am very thankful for his expertise!

Brought my 1 year old rabbit as he was diagnosed with ecuniculi and cataract on both side of his eyes. Before seeking for treatment, the left side of his eye experienced build up of bacteria which lead to cyst formation and subsequently the cyst burst which caused great discomfort for my bunny. He actually lost both of his vision which resulted in him becoming really unactive which was quite worrying. But thankfully, Dr Boo and her team brought my bunny's vision back and now he is happily hopping around again! They are a bunch of really friendly, helpful and trustworthy doctors and nurses, despite my mom and I being really anxious and worried, they manage to reassure us that our bunny is in good hands and true enough he really was. Though the clinic was really far from us as I stay in the east, the travelling was super worth it.

Brought my bunny here with recommendation from a friend! Service was excellent, staffs were very friendly and professional. Extremely grateful to Dr Athena for treating my bunny back to health and for all her professional advices. My bunny had respiratory infection when I first got him and thanks to Dr Athena and team, our little bun recovered within 2 weeks. Even though they've moved pretty far away from the east, I will not hesitate to continue to go to them for any future treatments/check ups required because I know my bunny will be in good hands ☺

I brought my 3 year old rabbit when he broke his hind leg in August. Initially I brought him to another emergency vet as the incident took place on Saturday night. I went to Beecroft as this emergency vet suggested that only expensive surgery or amputation are the available options. Luckily I went to Beecroft for second opinion! Dr. Lina was very sympathetic and understanding for my concerns and took time to explain the risks and merits of each option available. She honoured my preference and agreed to put a cast on my bunny. Nurses were also very friendly and caring. The whole team made sure that my bunny’s condition is ok during the whole process. After 1.5 month, his leg was fully recovered and now he’s happily hopping around. Cannot thank enough for Dr Lina and the team for excellent care! Unfortunately, the clinic moved to west but I will still come back to Beecroft.
