★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean. Price is reasonable. They treat guinea pigs. Dr Chionh is very kind as well as professional. I would highly recommend this vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service vet clinics ever. Sorry to say this but they expect patients to reach on the dot. Even when you are at carpark parking. Anything past that time, they straight reject all latecomers. Gotten a lecture about punctuality and was told off to see other vets instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good vets, patient and trying their best to help my dog with her very persistent digestive problems. They also try to accommodate a quick appointment if there is a need.
However, the wait can be long, I visited them 3 times, waited only few minutes the first time, 1h the second time and 30 minutes the 3rd time. It can be a problem with puppies that can be over-excited by the other pets odors and a new environment. The price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovely vet team who cared for my sick cat. The fit us in last minute and ran blood work and X-rays to check everything. I really appreciate the team working past their closing time to find a solution and care for my cat. They even let him roam around the room rather than keeping him locked in his crate, reducing his stress. While we waited, the team came out every so often to give him pats and keep him calm. Can't rave about this place enough. Definitely coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elitist attitude from dr chionh and the vet assistants. Had ugly experiences with them ever since 2 years ago, but I put up with them despite being their customer for the past 3 years. The final draw came when dr chionh mistreated my elderly pet rabbit and prescribed excessive antibiotics even though he had already been on antibiotics for the past 3-4 months. Questionable veterinary ethics and arrogance — vet and staff there think so highly of themselves when they couldn’t even answer simple questions, coupled with low EQ and poor communication skills. Not worth my money and time. There are much better veterinary clinics out there. P.S. I later brought my rabbit to another veterinary clinic (Mt Pleasant) where the senior vet there agreed no antibiotics should be further prescribed.
