β β β β β There's a manager A who kept on harrassing customers to buy bags when they were only interested to buy rings. She appears so demanding, so desperate and she's most unprofessional, doesn't provide training to new staff but expect them to differentiate imitation goods and proper use of equipment, full product knowledge + documentation. She will vent her frustrations whenever she's in bad mood, bringing her personal problems at workplace. She's biased and has been deployed elsewhere after many staff resigned (high turnover due to her unreasonable behaviour) and even office colleagues complained abt her. She should be fired instead. There's a gay working who always bully newbies, make them run his errands such as buying food or ice cream, will pass lousy customers to others, will take naps, when colleague wakes him up, he will ignorie customers by going to restroom. Manager A will still side him no matter what other colleagues say. Totally unprofessional, the worst place to patronise or work.

β β β β β My fiancΓ© and I walked into this branch with the intention of purchasing our wedding bands. At the point of time, I understand that all of the customer service staff were engaged so we were waited at the counter for someone to serve us.
After about 5-10 minutes a few of the staff were done and one even made eye contact with us but chose to walk away. As a customer, I donβt think that I should be the one asking for help.
I am very disappointed with the poor customer service representing this brand given the repute and quality of the brand.

Excellent customer service. I got my sunglasses changed by them even after 2 years as old one developed a fault and was not repairable.no questions asked.
This is waht i call epitome of service orientation

β β β β β Visited Bvlgari twice ,Gerry was the first one who assisted me for purchasing my earrings. He was nice and patient. As I knew exactly what I wanted , so i didnβt ask more questions .
He brought my son to aside and let him play Colouring while I had enough time to try the earrings .
I was a very pleasant experience .
Second visit to purchase my necklace, Ms . Quek was helping me as Gerry was not on duty .
she was polite.
If More effort and passion to explain the product will be great .
