★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As its my first time trying this, it has been a while since i tasted some juicy and tender chicken. The only thing i think could be better is if the rice (side dish) was less sticky? Because it was giving more vibes towards glutinous rice. Maybe that is just how it was made. But overall YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THE CHICKEN ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual order are their 2 pieces chicken, and i had decided to try 3 pieces tender. Compared to the chicken pieces and other places, it's a pity on the tender portion and don't really fill me up. It would be great to increase the size.
You can make do without any sauces, their seasoning are perfectly done and flavourful.
The restaurant is slightly crowded, especially at the collection area even after lunch, my order took around 20minutes to serve due to many takeaways.
Basin are available in their premise. Great place for quick bite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always wanted to try to see what its like - the fried chicken is nicely done and was thinking perhaps what makes it nicer is the gravy (though thought it to be slightly salty). The spicy chicken was more spicy than expected which is good! Chips were average and prices seem reasonable.

the management of the queue was excellent.
Staff was friendly and allocated a seat for me, making it easier for a solo diner like me an ease of mind without panicking if I would have a seat after placing an order.
Food was top notch you will never regret choosing jolibee for your fried chicken cravings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Novena outlet order a Spaghetti , Yum Burger and Chickenjoy with Fiesta. Service were all right as were told we cannot choose the chicken part as we usually did before with all outlet , maybe its the new SOP. Were really excited to taste the Fiesta meal but came to shock when open the box and see only 1 piece chicken inside. What a disappointment , the manager that attend the order also didn't confirm our order as he pass us our order and said its our order so I though all is good. I paid $7.70 for a piece of chicken , really disappointed !!!!!!

Ordered a Jolly Hotdog ? set.
The fries ? tasted like potato ? chips than fries. Much crispy ? that M or BK or MOS. The hotdog has cheese rather then muster.
Service much better then M.
The floor manager is really on the floor, directing customers and helping to locate empty seats.
After I finished my meal, she came and help me to clear my table with a broad smile.
