โ โ โ โ โ Visited Fatburger during Covid-19 Phase 2 Heightened Alert Period and only take away is allowed.
Found the burger juicy and delicious, however its a bit mushy when its consumed at home. Nevertheless, enjoyed it very much. Recommended!!

โ โ โ โ โ Patronised fatburger for the first time to grab quick dinner. To me the burger and milkshake was a bit overpriced. Rated one star because the milkshake came only when I'm done with the burger and fries and was about to leave. Maybe they were understaffed (just 2 persons were on duty but the shop wasn't that crowded though). I have to remind the staff that I ordered a milkshake but they only start making the milkshake when I'm almost done and served three milkshakes in one go. Just highlighting this as there are room for improvement.

โ โ โ โ โ So I decided to bring a friend to sq2 to fat burger on 01/07/2022 to my surprise, I saw Mr Darren again with his very friendly and warm welcome not forgetting his staff too.i feel so very the welcome and with his intro to the food I have nothing to worry about. Once again I will like to thank Mr Darren and staff of sq2, me and my friend really enjoy eating at fatburger.I will bring more friends to fatburger sq2 because Mr Darren have gave my his trust thank you again fat burger sq2. Keep up the excellent work guys and God Bless.

โ โ โ โ โ fast food chain on a Wednesday 3pm afternoon but need me to wait 10mins to get my food when there are barely no people in the restaurant. manager not very professional, keep talking to female staff instead of serving. cheese on my chilli cheese fries not even melted. think will close down very soon.
replied below by the marketing team telling me they are not a fast food restaurant. apparently, a fast causal restaurant entitles the staff to be talking to each other constantly while working, ignoring clients' orders.
amazed by the "superb" service. well done fatburger!!

โ โ โ โ โ used to be one of my favourite burger joints but has now become a shadow of its former self. now half the size with barely enough manpower. orders take forever and staff can be quite curt, probably from all the stress of increased workload. burger was served with cold tomatoes and lettuce. oh, they also increased the prices. won't return.

and their beef burger is really good! It can be filling too (I asked for no sauce and veg ??, hence it's a little flat but it was quite substantial). There was a staff named Angelina, she was really friendly and polite while taking orders and preparing them! Very good service! Thank you! It's very hard to find staffs like them! Please treasure them!

โ โ โ โ โ The fries are AWESOME. though the burger was slightly disappointing. Had double patty, but the meat was a bit dry. Would've been better if they had put some sauce between the patty. Overall good experience and the service staff was friendly
