Chose this clinic from MOH list for Vac. Was worried after reading the bad reviews, but lucky my experience was ok. Nurses was normal, no bad attitude. I was lucky to get Dr Goh. He was careful to ask about my medical history, allergies etc… before proceeding to inject. Quick and fuss free.

Visiting this clinic for the first time because I am covered under the AIA medical benefits hence I’d only visit the panel clinics. Not realising this clinic is so bad with just 1 star rating until i witness how quiet the clinic was upon stepping in. There is only 1 patient? I was quite happy, because it means I don’t have to wait? Sadly not the case, I sat outside for a while and I asked the recept if there’s a doctor and if I can go in? since there is no patient in the room?? Her reply to me was: no u have to wait, yes even no one inside the room u have to wait for the doctor to call. (With a very funny face and impolite tone) right after asking, my queue number was called. I entered the room and the doctor gave me a face like he doesn’t wants to see any patient. Diagnosis was very fast by this doctor name DAVID AU, not professional and basically everyone working in the clinic is rude. FYI if u r paying cash and not covered under AIA medical, pls do not visit this clinic. Horrible

Visit this clinic if you don't mind other patients hearing your personal and medical information out loud. Also, if you didn't have COVID-19 before visiting the clinic, you might just get it upon visiting them because the staff doesn't enforce social distancing measures with patients. I've been visiting this clinic for many years (mainly due to convenience), and I have to say that I agree with many of the poor reviews. I had been ignoring the issues because I just wanted to get treated for the occasional common cold etc, but in light of the pandemic situation and my horrible experience today, I realise that the issues can no longer be overlooked. 1. There are no social distancing measures in place, especially when there is a long queue. The staff, who don't appear to be healthcare professionals (more like roadside aunties), are extremely frivolous - they don't enforce social distancing measures amongst patients AT THE CLINIC. How ironic. 2. Patient confidentiality (or lack thereof in this case). They openly discuss patient's personal and medical information, allowing at least 5 other patients within the area to listen clearly. This ties in with my first point too because while I was discussing with the staff about a matter, the next patient who was waiting in line (less than 1m away from me too) made his own comments! How disrespectful! 3. The clinic isn't sanitised often, especially their door handles. While this issue can be easily solved with hand sanitising stations for patients, sadly, there aren't any so you'd have to bring your own hand sanitiser. One positive thing about this clinic is Dr Belinda. She has been really professional and helpful over the years. Nevertheless, I'll be visiting a different clinic next time. Went to the one next door earlier this year (because they opened slightly earlier on weekends) and they were far more professional. Anyways, to sum this up, I hope this clinic gets investigated for their malpractices.

Couldn’t agree more with the bad reviews here. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Very horrible experience in this clinic. Never i experienced this kind of treatment from the healthcare staffs. Counter staffs are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Most rude of them all, is named LILY(that’s the name she gave). 1. They were not wearing any sort of uniform for dress code. They seem to be wearing home clothes or whatever is their preference. No name tags too. 2. Counter staffs were not wearing gloves. They will just ask for your IC or take your handphone (insurance e-card) without any hesitations whether the patient is ok with it. 3. They talk so loudly until everyone in the clinic can hear the conversation. No privacy, no confidentiality. 4. If it doesn’t go their way, they become so aggressive and defensive towards patients. No empathy at all. 5. They would just do their routines without even checking in the current distancing inside the clinic; ask for IC , tell you to wait (even there is no space inside, so your own assessment whether you want outside or inside) , tell you to be called (which you are confused whether by number or by your name). They were lacking of instructions, specifics, even signages for some guidance especially for first timers. They would talk to you like you owe them. 6. They have too many personal chit-chat among themselves. You can see the difference with their body language how they treat their patients over their colleagues. 7. When the staff was confronted on her unfriendliness, she became so defensive that she couldn’t even see herself how does she respond to a patient who can’t understand her well. 8. They seem to be staffs who were just hired but never gone thru any type of training or even healthcare education. Well, it’s too many to mention. If only i read the reviews beforehand, i would not choose this clinic to get myself checked. People are sick, seeking medical attention and could be stressed. patients are not feeling well thus might not be able to understand the staff right away. But you will feel that you as the patient have to be more understanding with the counter staffs. You will feel more stressed because of them too. Never again on this clinic.

Went with ARI symptoms but could not do ART on a Sunday, can only see doctor and take medicines, then come back tomorrow again to do ART. Wanted to change another clinic since they are unable to do ART but counter staff seems unhappy because already registered. Doctor was unprofessional and β€˜scared’. Went in about a minute only and he was standing far away. Did not say anything much and ask me to go out and wait. Despite short waiting time, the service and professionalism of staff are probably the reason why there are not much people here.

Have been a regular here since a few years ago due to professional attitude and precise diagnosis. However, that experience was ruined today thanks to a very unprofessional doctor with an even worse attitude. Went into the doctor's room and immediately saw a soured face, tone was also very bored and very "sian". I understand since doctors have had a long day. However, every time I tried to explain my symptom he keeps interrupting and cutting me off? Where is your basic respect and courtesy to listen before you speak? Also just read the reviews and saw that this was not a first-time incident. Just writing this review to warn readers, don't go to this clinic unless the doctors on duty are Dr Belinda and Dr Goh, your day/experience will likely be ruined otherwise.

Was recommended by my parents to visit this clinic as i was having a flu but not able to recover well after consuming medicine from a different clinic. Tested art 2 times and was tested negative. Visited this clinic at 30th May around 5pm. When i went inside the room doctor look stress out and asked me if i tested art everyday and i told him i didnt.. he immediately reprimanded me and say if thts the case how would he know if i got covid or not?he said art is not proven 100 percent accurate and he recommend me to go back to my previous clinic in a impatient manner. What a rude and bad service from the doctor. Seems like a myranmar doctor. Do i pay money for u to reprimand me?or should u do ur job and pescribe me stronger medicines? It was totally unaccpetable his attitude.. if art is so accurate and if flu 100% represent covid why would i need him to check me. Should just fire himself and go home.please dont ever go to this clinic.. u will come out feeling worst.

I had a great experience with Dr.Lee. She was extremely patient and gentle in her treatment. The front desk staff was also fine and helpful.
