★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought their chocolate cake because it looked good. However, I was very disappointed with the customer service.
I was looking to buy a cake for someone’s birthday. I then saw the chocolate cake with the price stated as $19.80. So I thought it was quite affordable and bought it. Only after giving the money did I realise that the cake was $29.80. I clarified the price with the staff and he insisted that a whole cake is $29.80. Fair enough, but why did the tag then state $19.80?
Moreover, he did not apologise despite of his mistake, and just insisted it was a whole cake. We then left, and realised that they didn’t give a knife, until we went back and he reluctantly gave us one.
For anyone buying anything from their store, please remember to clarify the prices with the staff before buying it as the tagged prices are different from the actual prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff Jane is pure rude. Called to tell me that Tiramisu is sold out (placed my order on grab). I told her then it’s ok nvm then I’ll cancel the entire order. No acknowledgement and simply hung up. Oh wow sure such customer service indeed. I’m not a customer today = I’m not worthy of any respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just loved their new slice cake series (pastries). ? Tried the Chocolate 21, Matcha, Dark chocolate varieties. The Chocolate 21 rocks! And yes, there is no comparison for their cup cakes which I am already a fan of! ? ? ? Price is for the quality, so no complains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed order for this mango passionfruit cake for a small celebration at home. The icing on e cake was done very unevenly. The white and yellow frosting on top was also done haphazardly. Taste was so-so. Not worth e price at all.

Already had a spoiled egg smell, indicating the cake has been sitting in the display for quite a while. The tiramisu is just a sponge cake with sticky smooth of what supposed to be the coffee powder. and the layer outside it is a sticky coat too. Must be an old cake they sold.... My bad. I shouldnt choose this cake shop even if there is no other choice available.
