β β β β β Not sure if Its just me but the Shake I ordered had a durian taste to it ? It's the first time I've ever encountered this having frequent a few outlets already. But the lady serving vas very patient and personal when serving her customers despite the long queue, props to her and the team ?

β β β β β Long queue but there were 3 staff inside prepping the drinks. Only 1 lady handling the cashier and the collection counter which had multiple pickup orders and a queue waiting to order. It's unhygienic and the waiting time to order was too long! This happened on a Monday afternoon. I don't think they are understaff, but the boss needs to manage the efficiency of the team.
Such prime location but they are not making use of that opportunity wisely.

β β β β β I used to like Mr Coconut when they are at Far East & it was really good that I can drive from home at Novena to takeaway their coconut shake. But it is not the same anymore at their various outlet. ?

β β β β β Since it's a hype and my Indonesian friend keep asking me to try, I went to the store and ordered the drinks. I tried the Avo Coconut Shake and the Coconut Shake Original. I must say both taste so-so, it taste more like "Kara" the coconut milk product inside a box where you can find everywhere in Indonesia. The Avo Coconut Shake tastes just so so as well. The Coconut Pudding is quite okay thought but not remarkable.

β β β β β Queue for around 15 min more for coconut juice. But is been told no coconut juice.
Told the cashier to put a sign of saying "no coconut juice"available. However, the cashier said it has written over there. Based on what i have seen, they wrote recommend coconut shake and coconut cappucino, but it does not mention no coconut juice.
Please write what is noy available instead of letting your customer to queue and wasted their time for ntg.
Just wonder how can a coconut shop does not have coconut juice.?
