β β β β β Location quite central, always crowded be it breakfast/lunch & even dinner crowds.
Service average, but they still managed to keep up with the orders.
Hard boil eggs, overly cooked. But they cracked the eggs for u & served in on the plates. Perhaps, they could leave the eggs on the plates & let customers cracked themselves.
Ordered their new set, with the cheese French toast & kaya. Not bad.
Overall, their cust svc could be improved.

β β β β β Loved the French toast with kaya! We ordered a set meal and it comes with a side of two eggs and a cup of tea. Everything was really delicious and it is no wonder the lines are always so long.

β β β β β It's true their staff is so rude and unprofessional. Bringing my mom with wheelchair, was clearly one lady queing in front of us and there is enough seat. The cashier shout no reserve before order.
Check in with trace together also not polite. My order also they do not proper, only give 1 set of bread instead of 2. Yakun HR better do some training with them, has been eating yakun where else in Sg, their service not so good.

β β β β β Seem like more chairs than tables and place seem tight obstructing the walking inside the shop. Also the clearing of empty cups and salt/pepper/sauce seem slow. I saw one table with 3 sets of salt/pepper/sauce and had to remove them all before I can use the table.

β β β β β This particularly staff is rude and unprofessional. There was clearly a queue going on but she just lets people from the seating area jump the queue whenever she wishes. If thatβs the case, whatβs the point of queuing? As much as we wish to move forward as a progressive society, we have individuals like these who bring us two steps backwards.

β β β β β Came here on 16 May at around 8am ans there were only like one or two other customers other than us but they can still forget my friendβs bread. Uncle was fierce also, shouted at us.
My ice milo is made in a blender, a bit strange. Doesnt taste gao like other yakun outlets.

β β β β β Had a quick bite at this Yakun branch. Ordered Otah sandwich and ice milk tea. Nothing special but albeit being very busy the servers are very attentive. Felt warm while being seated in the cafe, the air-conditioning ventilation is not very good.
