★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insurance is a scary word for me - I have a lack of trust for the commercial way in which the industry operates. So there was a spelling mistake in the travel policy I bought online! I was scared it would be a long process to get any results at updating the name. However, MSIG was helpful and reasonable and it was easy to update the name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not insure with MSIG again. have been forced to transfer her helper due to an unforeseen allergy. MSIG will refund nothing as it is over 6 months and so keep nearly two years premium. I was happy to reinsure with them if they could have looked at this but the customer ''service'' person on the phone could only repeat that this was not their policy. It makes little sense to me as they have guaranteed I will not use them again - smart thinking head office!

Post incident MSIG contacted the other party to clarify the matter before providing advice on options for the next steps. The claims matter was closed quickly and efficiently within the week to the satisfaction of this very happy customer! Thank you MSIG!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Mar 2022, I sent my car to Cycle and Carriage workshop to repair the damaged windscreen. The technical adviser advised me that it will probably take about 3 days for MSIG to review and authorize the repair. But I was extremely delighted and impressed by the motor claims team in MSIG who responded and approved the repair within the same day. I am a very happy customer. Well done & keep up the excellent service standard.
