★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry. If I can give 0 star, I will gladly do. Ordered basil rice and green curry and given a pager. After waiting for a long 20 minutes, pager rang and was told no more green curry. Was then asked whether could do with Tom yum soup. You dont make your customer wait even if you made a mistake. Jolly well page and apologise and not wait till you are ready with the other dish.
Tom yum soup = spicy tomato water at most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious & authentic Thai basil chicken with rice and fried egg, and generous portion too! The stall runs by a very nice Thai couples. Unfortunately it’s located in the hidden corner of the hawker center, but it’s totally worth looking for it. Give this place a try when you are in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one hawker stall tucked right in one of the corner of Tiong Bahru Market. It's just located beside the famous Jian Bo Chwee Kueh stall. The decor of the stall is very interesting. After lunch hour, while most of the stalls are either closing or their food items are sold out, this is one of the stall that still served proper meal. I ordered their Phad Thai. I was really happy when they dished out the phad Thai serving on a piping hot ceramic plate which not many hawkers have ceramic cutleries now. Food is nice and the serving is generous, for the price of $5.50.
