Lady said there’s no upper lips threading service, offered waxing instead. Temperature of the wax not checked before applying. Burnt the left side of upper lip. Right side not done properly as the lady gave excuses because hair too fine. Went back to told the lady about the burn skin she said it was just dry skin. Nothing was done. Text the boss, took hours to get back. Just said sorry and apply aloe vera gel it will be ok soon. So if I use a hot wax to burn you and just say sorry and it will go away? We are talking about face here. We use our face to earn money now it’s burnt by your hot wax.

I've given this place plenty of chances, hoping they'll improve but yesterday was the last straw. Went in to get my eyebrows & upper lips threaded. After the lady was done with my eyebrows, she asked me to check and I told her they looked uneven (right side was thicker than left side). She gave all her excuses saying my hair was too short and that I have been shaving my eyebrows (which I have never done in my life). Then she did full leg waxing for me but it was so poorly done - she missed out on so many areas. When I pointed it out to her, she said there's not enough light in the room so she couldn't see. When again I pointed out to her that my eyebrows were uneven (this time more angrily), she said oh she didn't see that part. What are you seeing then??? Always in a hurry to finish everything. Ladies, please save your money and spend it elsewhere where they take care of their clients properly instead of rushing to finish their job.

Took a leap of faith and did my eyebrow threading here. Worst decision I made. I usually like it thicker, like Korean straight eyebrows and for her to just clean up the shape. Told her twice, I don't my eyebrows thin. She kept asking me why I don't want it thin. I said I don't like it. Finally after about 10mins .she had made it super super thin. I hATE it. I then told her, I don't like it.. it's super thin and she said this looks better on me and then my husband will like it. HE FREAKING HATE IT. .anyway damage is done. My eyebrows now need time to grow out again. So disappointing and very unprofessional. Not listening to the customer wants. DONT GO HERE.. I am surprised they are still in business.

Today when I went Muskan for my eyebrow threading, the staff told me she is doing waxing for someone and will take 20 more minutes. I said I will wait, which actually finished in just 2 minutes. Maybe she wanted me to leave without waiting. Then I asked her about the pimple treatment and she said they don't have such services. I told her I was referring to the tariff on the door, then she replied maybe they have, but she don't do it and so she don't know. Very unprofessional!!!! I was also not happy with my threading but I didn't complain because I wanted to leave the place as soon as I can. She also knew she didn't do the service properly, so she said hairs are so short and can't do anything. Wow!!! What an excuse!!!
