โ โ โ โ โ Zero star! Was ignored by the sales person the first time we visited the place. They were simply playing with their phones and chit chatting despite us looking and trying on the locks. Second visit to their shop, sales person rudely introduced their products. When we told him that we needed an elderly friendly digital lock, he told us that elderly can use smart phone to unlock the doors. After explaining that our 85 year old grandma didn't have a smartphone, he rudely questioned us that why she didn't even have a phone or even a Nokia elderly phone. (Exact words he said in chinese: ่ไบบๆฒกๆ็จ็ต่ฏ็meh? ไธ่ฆ่ทๆ่ฎฒๅฅน็จNokia ้ฃ็ง็ๅ) Shouldn't he nicely introduce other features of the locks that are elderly friendly instead of questioning abt smart phones?? We walked away afterwards. Will not visit My digital Lock ever.
