Good service, very professional team. The staffs are very friendly and patient in explanation too. Will definitely recommend their services to any one looking for hearing aids!

Just to share an unfortunate bad experience on my end, as compared to the other reviewers’. My husband and I went to the hearing centre based on the rave reviews online. We've decided to purchase the hearing aid on the spot as Mr. Poh seems to be knowledgeable and was very patient in explaining things to us. During the payment, Mr. Poh told us the device would be ready in 3 days. My husband was so excited to finally get his hearing back. However, after 3 days, there was no news. My husband decided to make a call to enquire but was told that it would only be ready the following week. This was the first of our bad experiences. Thankfully, Ms. Shirley managed to help us to secure the device the following day instead. We thought Mr. Poh has recommended us with a suitable model (albeit with a higher price tag) for my husband's needs; able to connect to the computer and phone via Bluetooth without any additional device. It turned out it doesn't work as we were told when my husband tried it out at home, our second bad experience. When we called to enquire, he simply said to us that he had made a mistake. “There are so many models I can't remember all the features”. He was not apologetic throughout the call, our third bad experience. Although he did offer to provide the additional device without charge, we felt we have lost faith in his recommendations, and his professionalism. How can we put our trust in him if he doesn't know his products well? The good part is that he agreed to allow us to return the hearing aid, with a full refund. On a separate note, I would like to compliment on Ms. Shirley and Ms. Brenda, who went beyond the extra miles in trying to resolve the issue. However, my husband had decided not to take any offers. Just like that idiom, "one rotten apple spoils the whole barrel." I hope my review is helpful to other users. I'm sharing this, not to discredit anyone. As a customer, we depend fully on the “experts” to provide us with the right information to help us in our decision making. Afterall, the hearing aid doesn’t come cheap.

The Hearing Centre has always been professional. Their staffs are always so polite and have good product knowledge. I have recommended my friends and will always recommend any time . Keep up the good work.

The Hearing Centre provides excellent service from making an appointment to the detailed explanation of my audiogram and whether a hearing aid is suitable for my lifestyle. Kudos to the staff for being so friendly and heartwarming ! :)

I am really happy with the kind of service i received for my mom. Mr.Poh is very professional and explained everything in detail.The hearing aids we purchased aren't noisy at all and that is exactly what we were looking at. WE have been to different centres but the service provided by Mr.Poh is unmatchable.I highly recommend this place to get hearing aids for you or your loved ones.

I am thoroughly impressed by the service I got from The Hearing Centre. From the start to the end, they displayed excellent professionalism and showed that they were well-versed in their knowledge on hearing aids. I would particularly like to commend both Ms Shirley and Mr Ernest Poh for their friendly attitude and kind patience towards me and my mother throughout the entire process of booking an appointment to having the hearing aids consultation. Kudos to the team for helping people with hearing loss, like my mother, to hear better!

Am thoroughly satisfied with the service rendered by the Hearing Centre. Purchased a hearing aid for my elderly mother in 2019 and their after service has been extremely good. They are always prompt in responding to our messages/requests. All the staff including Maedan, Anita, Shirley and Mr Poh have been highly professional, polite and approachable. No hard selling tactics. Please keep up your good work. Happy customer !!

Very satisfied with professional service rendered. Purchased hearing aid in apr22 for my elderly mother aged 85. Mr Ernest Poh prescribed hearing aid suitable for my mother. Mr Poh can also communicate in malay to my mother during testing. Customer service is also good. Susan handling the enquiries & appointments, is very friendly & patience.
