★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I would like to thank Sui Ling for going the extra mile in helping my child get her uniform!! Due to COVID-19 measures implemented by school, I could not enter school to purchase uniform without an appt. She could sense my urgency in the issue and proposed to pass me the uniform outside the school.
Uniforms were of good quality and sizes were accurate as stated.

Had to take a chance to make the long trip down to physically enquire on order status (thankfully stocks are already in, but why no follow-up to inform customers to collect ... what gives??!!??)

First have to call 3 days after signing up to remind them to enable the account, then 2 weeks after payment receive a call that some items not in stock only to be informed that all is in stock after all during the same call. Close to one month after payment still no sign of the items, called again, promised a call back whivh never comes. 3 days later finally received the order. Should take nearly 1 month to deliver a few in stock school uniforms...... You guys can do better than that.

I recently ordered uniforms but was scolded at the shop instead, shouting at me. Because "my child was NOISY". Please check and do something about your staff if you still want to be selling uniforms.
I hope you guys can focus on your customers when the complaints pile up.
Rather than focus on blaming us parents, you should go and watch your cctv to look at your staff.
Sick of this type of businesses who only push blame and irresponsible. My wife is going to lodge a complain to the school, rather than focusing on solving the issue.
