★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their brown sugar fresh milk with pearls and cream mousse (the add on cream mousse does not cost extra money). Despite the menu being small, the place was not too crowded and I didn’t have to wait long for my order. The staff were nice, but seemed a little ignorant and judgemental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We previously had to go to Capitol for our fix but are delighted that there is now a stall at Bedok Mall. Staff were friendly enough and our drinks were ready within 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at basement 1 of Bedok Mall, it was in between clothing shops which was not easily spotted. But happy to see their outlet here after the long waiting queue at Capitol when they just entered Singapore market.
Ordered their famous tiger sugar bubble Boba Milk tea and coffee milk with jelly. Recommend both drinks especially coffee drink which my first try but surprisingly nice as normally people only recommend their brown sugar fresh milk or milk tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is so friendly and provides top notch service! They will explain how to drink the boba and even helped me put ice in a bag when I need to takeaway. Great experience and the drinks are superb as well. No seats though only takeaway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This tiger sugar is between shops that sells clothes. Usually will be a long line but this time there weren’t many people - maybe because it’s late. BBT staff is friendly. Wanted to try their signature cheese tea but it was sold out. Ended up trying this Ceylon black cheese tea and it’s also quite a good combination. Got the less sugar option and that was sweet enough for me. Staff recommended to drink with straw but actually didn’t really have to, so can get both cheese and tea and the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on a Saturday, the male staff totally not suitable for a customer service front line job. Not much interaction just stare at you expecting you to place order, and prior to that i was waiting looking at him to be done as he was washing his hands. And he was coughing nonstop! Perhaps the management should look into not allowing sick staff to be on duty.
