I waited for almost 20min when I directly infront of the cashier until I received my food and the price was 4.50 but ended up she charged me $5.50 because I want to add extra noodle when she said adding extra noodle is 0.70Cents so $4.50+$0.70 supposed to be $5.20 WHY I NEED TO PAY EXTRA $0.30????
L	Lee Joey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ found a plastic in my fish ball soup . always have a bad service on it ..i already always paying my understanding ..butvtgis time so wrost ive experience .hope management should do something with it ..food are good ...but not the workers .. moreover the skinny lady no spec. always at the cashier all the way non stop playing her phone . been experience a lot of time ..i wanna order she play phone then angry with me .like im interrupt her playing phone ..i actually just want to order and rush back to work ..wish my comment works for improvement

So as we were entering the stall, one of them shouted at us that "We have yet to Start!". Then we tell us you just started? And is there a need to Shout? Will never go back this stall again.

The staff rudely chased us away when we arrived at 0930, and refused to even let us wait until opening time even though I was accompanying an old lady who needed a place to sit while waiting. Not the sort of service standard expected, would not recommend at all.
H	Ho Jia Xian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb knife skills from chef. Cuttlefish was sliced so thinly and the quantity was so sparse you had to put in huge efforts to find the cuttlefish hidden beneath the bee hoon and satay sauce. Taste wise... so-so... well can't complain much at Bedok Mall.

He/she screamed and reluctantly to add and saying that it was the management suggestion not to give more. Why need to scream and embarrassed me in the public ! JUST BECAUSE OF a 4 more thin slice of ? . POOR SERVICE !!
E	EK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eat here at your own risk! Extremely rude staff. The male cashier was very rude to all the female customers in front of me, as if they owed him a living. When an old aunty (customer) asked some questions, the cashier talked back to her rudely. The chef (old man) who cooks the noodle refused to provide a tray for me to collect my food and shouted at me. Nobody owes you a living, I hope that this eatery goes bankrupt when customers start boycotting them! Food is below par when there is an excellent hawker centre just outside selling the same food (cheaper and more delicious at the hawker) and many better food options in Bedok Mall itself. The place is dirty and tables are not cleaned and wiped properly.
