★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was horrible because yesterday I took pcr test in their lab and they gave positive result even I don’t have any symptoms but still I don’t know how it comes positive because yesterday morning i do pcr at my home it was negative and then when they give me the results after that again tested at home but still negative now I don’t know what they want I already pay 118$ for my test which is waste and today I have flight but just because of their stupidity I can’t go even I’m trying to call them from yesterday evening but they are not answering, so please be alert from them because its serious…………

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended for pre-departure RT-PCR ? The phone number registered is not active, but you can approach them through email for further questions. All staffs were professional and gave a fast and great service. The results came on-time too. Thanks @mydoctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is completely awesome! Easy to book, price is great, they did the swab quickly and professionally in a couple minutes and got my test result just a few hours later. And they also sent me the necessary Japan form! Go here for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another jump on the bandwagon testing site. delayed results. Non-response from staff. Not advised for travellers. Your delayed response has not been helpful in reducing social efforts in reducing spread in Singapore. Bad review won't hurt since this is likely a very transient business.
Follow-up to reply: 1) no response was made until i called in. 2) no official lab report was issued until I called in again the morning after. Call was hung up hurriedly and email came after. Lab report was generated at at 4:29 pm of 28th Feb. Email was received at 11:00am 1st March. Test was conducted on 27th Feb 4:30pm.
Probably a bad SOP to be reviewed.
