N20 Nail Spa salon @ VivoCity - 1 HarbourFront Walk

Would suggest not getting any sort of membership here at the VivoCity branch cos the service is mmmuuuccchhh better for non members. Came in with an appointment at 630pm and got done at 9pm because the staff were focused in selling and catering to the non-members. Very disappointed that they couldn’t spare time for a customer who came in with an appointment. Very very disappointing service.

I was quoted a different price for a gelish manicure via WhatsApp to what I was then charged on the day. Then there was continual hardselling throughout the manicure. Forced to buy a package which was again a different price to what was originally quoted. Overall not an enjoyable relaxing experience as it should have been.

One of my top list of HORRIBLE nail salon. I walked in to get my nails cleaned, I mean just cleaning. No colours, no coat, nothing. Just to clean the slight gelish left on my nails. Really tiny bit left. Sat down for 15mins, nobody was attending to me. I had to get up and asked if anyone was gonna attend to me and get my nails cleaned up. All foreign staffs who barely understand simple english. So this lady came to service and didn't even do it right. I kept on telling her to re-do almost every finger but she insisted, "it's the machine that makes my nails looked like that. It will go away". I can see how unprofessional she is. She even kept asking me to join membership for $300. I kept telling her no. Once done they wrote down my bill(using pen and paper) so I asked why am I paying so much for just cleaning, they explained in words I couldn't understand. My bill came up to $38.50!!!! I could've gotten a manicure and cleaning at that price! After 10mins walking out of that shop, I realised there were still alot of gelish left on my nails as I pick the edges of nails! I went back to the shop and asked them to re-do my nails. That'll be my last time there. Honestly I read the reviews before going but I didn't wanna judge but that's the truth about N20 Vivocity. It was a horrible experience! Such a low standard nail salon in Vivocity. Truly disapppointed!

Please avoid this store if you despise hard selling. Even when you have a package, they will ask you if you want add-ons and the price can be an additional $80-$100 for cracked heels. I paid $500+ for a package. Every time you go, they will ask you if you want extra add-ons at almost every step. Additional $10.70 for sea salt. Once I asked them how much a plastic foot file was and they told me $100+. Found the same foot file on shopee for $12. Unfortunately, I still have 8 more sessions with this place. Will not recommend this place and will not renew my package. I regret not reading the reviews before getting the package.

The purpose of a salon is for the client to feel comfortable and relaxed. This was not the case as I was constantly being asked to upgrade. The add ons are a joke. The prices are way too high, every additional item is priced individually and then I was asked repeatedly to buy a package. I just wanted to leave. If your prices were decent and you were honest about them from the start you wouldnt need to harass customers. Never again. Disappointed.

I had a great manicure and pedicure today from Wan Sin and Tina! Outstanding service. Outstanding comfort. And customer service that always makes me want to return to this spa. I always have a good experience and the owner hires very friendly, dynamic and committed therapists. I do recommend you go to N20

3.5 stars: Staff are friendly and accommodating, did quite a good job of gel manicure despite a walk in. Colors offered are unique that I didn't come across at others. But would think that they should record all customers’ mobile and create an account in system, apparently they don't keep walk ins, only for members who bought packages. Wont sign a package but probably return if need for fix

Regret not reading the reviews before visiting. Bought a voucher on fave and they treated you as second class citizens. Classic manicure but everything done within 30mins. They didn’t offer me the massage chair service as well. Arrived 10mins early before my appt and they took my phone to swipe the voucher. Erm hello covid??? I was already swiping they said they would do it They have quite a lot of colours to choose from but the colour palettes are not well maintained - many of the colours have lost their shine until you’d think they’re meant to be matte
