★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid a super overpriced $70+ including gst for their classic gel manicure and the paint chipped off in 4 days even though the staff said that the gel can last for a month. Staff are very pushy and keep telling me to buy their package. Do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manicurists weren’t paying attention because they were talking among themselves so much and filed my left thumb nail too deep that it got me hurting for days. Will not recommend you to go for their service. In the end, they didn’t even offer any form of compensation or discount despite their mistake and I still paid the full amount $166.92 for both my manicure and pedicure. Lesson learnt. Will not be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not coming back. The nail parlour recommended me to do the foot treatment, I refused. Then she just anyhow finishes the treatment without doing a proper dead skin removal.
They usually do not like it when you say NO when they upwelling you.
Strongly not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member of Nailz Gallery for the past 6 years. When I signed up in 2015 at Causeway Point, they only had 5 outlets. Now they have expanded to 12 outlets & the newest kid on the block is located at Junction 8. I like the fact that they are not pushy in selling packages and are genuine in ensuring good services are delivered. The staffs are friendly and approachable. My favourite manicurist & now a good friend is Wen Wen. I totally reccomend her. This is the 1st & only nail spa that i signed up with. Even my mum enjoyed being pampered at Nailz Gallery. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did their gel manicure promotion with free soak off. Gel manicure was good and lasted for the two weeks+ I had it. Problem was with the removal. All they did was use a machine to scrape off the gel and applied cuticle oil and this service is supposedly $20? No acetone soak off or anything. My nails are extremely brittle right now and very soft. I’ve done gel manicures before and their removal has never left my nails the way this one has. Very disappointed.
