★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have preorder 30 pieces of siew mai yesterday morning for tonight 8pm, for qing ming festival and after collecting payment, the worker at nam kee did not fulfil the order even after collecting payment. We went there and they said it was sold out and ask us to come tomorrow morning instead but we had plan for tonight praying instead. This is extremely unreasonable and unethical. There is 1 male and 2 female at the time that is working at 2/4/22 at about 7plus8pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear shop owner, can you stop letting walk in customer to purchase just few pau and need them to swipe their phone for more than 10 mins? Seriously? Spent 10 mins for a customer to buy a few pau? Do you see how long is the queue?
I just saw few customers walk away from their queue. It is just not making any sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought their Mee Hoon kueh today, barely anyone in line and they messed up my order, didn’t give me any meat with it unlike what their pictures show. And I paid 4.70 for this! So disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard of all pau dropped, especially terrible siew mai, when price of Amy Yip pau went up by 50c to 4.50SGD last year 2021. The chinese sausage is now fatty, no longer fresh, no longer fragrant and no longer tasty.
All the pau no longer as fragrant, also too many fats, which deteriorate the tastes.
Fei Siong Group is not a name to patronise.
Indeed as highlighted by other reviewers, there is no customer service, very unfriendly. Very rarely will encounter one friendly guy on duty.
Very disappointing paying for their products. Seems their prices will increase again and atrociously.
Amy Yip from $4.50 to $6, Siew Mai $0.90 to $1.30, Big Pau $1.90 to $2.60. Not value for money.
Will definitively avoid all Nam Kee outlets and try not to have cravings for pau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to food at Nam Kee Pau and used to be a regular customer but got turned off by 2 aunties who are very rude and fierce. They should seriously be sent them for customer service training. There is only 1 staff, Aunty Annie who is friendly and provides good customer service. The shop owner should employ more staff like her.
