★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate it 10 stars if I could!
First time in this this outlet, but frequent visitor of 100am branch. And OMG, this is so good!
We got Porcini (mushrooms) ramen and charcoal pork ramen, both amazing, just different.
Porcini blew my mind away, very rich, very mushroomy :)
It might not be the “traditional” ramen, but even in Japan there are so many modernist ramen restaurants now.
Please note that portions in this chain are smaller compared to other ramen chains in Singapore (like Ikkousha and Kazan)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underwhelming bowl of ramen at a standard price, chashu slices are page-like thin.
Had a top up of $7.90 for an egg and pork slices, received half an egg (priced at $2) and miserly 2 thin slices of pork ham.
Not worth the hype.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time having my Bonito Flake for my Agedashi Tofu (fried tofu) fried.
Had Porcini Cappuccino Ramen, but I don't see any "foam" when it was served... More like Flat White.
Mushrooms flavor is so muted that you might as well call it Tonkotsu Ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?Menu:
Easy to understand with pictures. Not a lot of selections which helps narrow down our choices. I like that they have both adventurous (frothy 'cuppucino' sauce) and safe (standard tonkotsu) menu.
We browsed hardcopies of menus and ordered our food easily with the tablet at the table.
?Taste:
We tried their Signature Spare Ribs Ramen, Tonkotsu Original Ramen, Lychee Lemon Tea, value set with Gyoza and Lychee Mint Fizz.
I think the broth is done decently, not overly salty and is flavourful. I requested for more leek (my favourite part of eating ramen) and they gave me a whole bunch. Their ramen do not come with eggs, which Im perfectly happy with since I do not like hardboiled eggs.
Portion looks small but is good for me. I don't like eating at ramen restaurants because I can never finish my food. This is the right size and right amount of meat for small/normal eaters.
?️Ambience:
Casual dining restaurant. Staff are efficient and polite. They speak softly among themselves are attentive to customers.
?Price:
Total was $50+ for the two of us. Pricing seems okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Black Ramen
nice black oil with hint of garlic fragrance, really spicy (zhong/medium mala level) and the chopped red chillis + sriracha sauce kinda gave it an asian fusion flavor.
Tonkotsu Original Ramen
Mild and comforting broth, but not very savory so how tasty it is depends on your salt preference
noodles for both were okay (not very springy), meat was a bit overcooked, not melt in your mouth tender (or maybe just not fatty enough). Decent enough but won't go again, idk how the Michelin star status was assessed, these two dishes were quite standard. About 17~ per pax after ++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restrurant has a michelin star to it’s name and that star is still relevent, now does it deserve to keep that star? I dunno, food’s quite good though. I had their classic ramen with gyoza and lemon tea, food was good quality, enviroment was cool and staff was friendly. Overall, good ramen place to eat and not much else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third time visiting this ramen outlet under different location. The noodle was nicely cooked not too soft. The broth is always very umami as usual. The meat is flavourful and not too dry for my liking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charcoal Char Siu Ramen ($14.90)
Tried this ramen place before, it was disappointing.
Decided to give it another try but it was the same.
This ramen restaurant is awarded with 1 Michelin star.
The soup, however, was very salty and thick which made me very thirsty after consuming.
Charcoal Char Siu was good and flavourful but also slightly on the salty side.
Noodles was Al dente which was good.
Red capsium was refreshing as the soup gets abit hard to drink after awhile.
Fried scallion just didn't went well with the ramen altogether.
Service was prompt; Staff was polite.
Overall, I would rather go to normal ramen restaurants to fix my ramen cravings than to patronise this restaurant.
