★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living here for nearly a year and I like my flat a lot, it’s spacious with a nice view of the waterway however there is always some noisy building work going on, if it’s not drilling then it’s hammering (sometimes at 2am!!). The floors are thin so you can hear people living above you and it just so happens that we are very unlucky to be living opposite a family who love to have their front door open so that everyone on the floor can hear them having their noisy family gatherings till late at night! Not to mention their smelly incense which wafts under our front door. Not a great environment if you have a baby!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally Watertown, it has 17 pools, sizeable. Amenities are modern and space is decent, not too studio like. Mostly breezy all the time.
It seems like there is a bit of reservations in getting a flat for rent here these days, higher cost comparatively, in general. Otherwise the place is nicely located, easily accessible from the MRT or Punggol bus terminal. There is a mall right down and accessible via 2 points from within the mall, COVID might have impacted this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery to this place is so bad that It deserves negative 100 stars if I am able to give this place.
1) they charge $1.20 if your delivery take more than 15mins (who the f charges parking fees in a freaking CONDO)
2) what Is ridiculous is their horrible system. Asking you to park at foyer 5 when the block isn't at foyer 5 and you need the resident to let you in TWICE. Once to level 3 and then ANOTHER TIME when you are at level 3.
3)WORST CONDO EVER. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU HAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OVER, THEY HAVE TO PAY PARKING FEES JUST TO VISIT YOU IN A CONDO! OMG if no one stops them, other condos will follow suit. Stupid management and decision by the company who manage the CONDO. THUMBS DOWN?
