โ โ โ โ โ This doctor almost killed my wife, misdiagnosed my wife's medical condition and failed to recognise that this is a medical emergency. Insisted on prescribing expensive medication which is not indicated (SGLT-2 for DKA), lucky we went to A&E 2 hours later or today what he is getting is not a google review but a call from SMC and MOH!!!

โ โ โ โ โ went on a Saturday morning and waited for at least 1h45mins which was expected. customer services was okay but they can be abit loud. went to see the doctor as my skin tag was inflamed and didn't expect that he had the medical equipment to remove it on the spot. the whole procedure took less than 3mins. professional and friendly doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ They refused to take my insurance card after claiming that it needed to be presented prior to seeing the doctor. They said I can claim directly with the insurance company. Itโs now been 7 weeks and the insurance company tells me the clinic is taking time to acknowledge the transaction despite being a panel GP!!Very unprofessional and disorganised. Avoid this clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Was prepped by my mum on the super long queue and I tried to call for the first time to see if register via phone is possible but got told off very rudely and hanged up on me. I went an hour earlier to register and went for dinner.
Went back to queue with my son for his spreading itchy angry red rashes that no cream or oil can sooth at all.
Saw the doctor,who saw the problem, gave his advice really fast and out we go.
My sonโs itchy red patches can be seen recovering the next day which was worth the wait after few months of desperation.

โ โ โ โ โ I went yesterday afternoon at 2.15pm once I reach counter staff told me afternoon slot is already fully booked I said what fully booked ??
She ask me to come back at 8pm.
And my lower back was so painful I really need to see doctor so I have no choice Went back home take painkillers.
Counter staff not friendly at all she told me clinic close for one week and open yesterday ?
Unlucky day for me,I have to take leave again on Friday morning ?

โ โ โ โ โ Good medical diagnosis , able to know whatโs the problem and cure the issue. Sometimes need to visit 2nd time for a stronger med. Doc is nice and polite been visiting him since young whenever Iโm sick.
Note to all newcomers/existing to the clinic:
1. Always register first and get a number (be prepared to wait) recommend you take number then grab breakfast/lunch/dinner
2. If you have insurance , always SHOW them first before see doc, REMEMBER to always make sure u sign the insurance
form from them before you go see doc.
3. Doc will only arrive 9.30-10.00 in the morning
4. When you get medication, unclear ask , if got MC counter check the dates.
5. No point calling them, you will never get to speak to anyone, even if have just expected to be quick and snappy cause they are too busy as they need to prepare med for patients and handle counter.
